Abstract
儿童全功能护理模型，主要由一个五岁儿童模型组成。模型仿一五岁儿童，采用PVC材料制成，外型逼真，全身多个关节可活动；模型的解剖结构包括：眼睛、牙齿、舌、鼻、外耳道、气管切开创口、腹壁造瘘口、股外侧肌、男女外生殖器、肛门等。可进行全身包扎练习、洗浴更衣、眼部护理和用药、口腔护理、耳道冲洗、气管切开护理、肌肉注射、经口经鼻置胃管、回肠、直肠、膀胱造瘘口护理等多项儿科护理操作。

技术领域
本实用新型属于医学教学模型，尤其涉及一种儿童护理护理的训练模型。
背景技术
儿科护理是临床护理实践中的一个重要分支，儿科护理质量的优劣直接影响到儿童的身心健康和家庭幸福。我国绝大多数是独生子女家庭，这些独生子女已成为家庭中的重点保护对象，家长对儿童健康的需求不断增加。随着法制的日趋完善，人们的法制观念不断增强，使儿科专业护理人员面临着一些新的挑战。对于儿科医护人员及儿童家属而言，了解儿童本身的生理特点，学习相关的儿科护理技术对孩子进行精心的护理照顾是十分必要的。
儿童的各种生理功能是逐渐完善的过程，儿科的护理几乎包括了成人护理的全部内容，而且儿科护理又有其特殊性，所以儿科护理技术是多样且复杂的。但目前的社会现实情况，技术的重要性与相关人员的技术熟练程度是不一致的，必须提供多的实践机会，以便达到儿童护理的高标准要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种儿童护理模型，供儿科医护人员护理练习使用，使学习者能体验真实的护理过程，提高自己的对儿科护理技术的水平，培养优秀的儿科护理人才。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它主要由一个儿童模型组成。模型采用PVC材料制成，外型逼真，全身多个关节可活动；模型的解剖结构包括：眼睛、牙齿、舌、鼻、外耳道、气管切开创口、腹壁造瘘口、股外侧肌、男女外生殖器、肛门；其中，外耳道由中空塑料管径插入模型左耳模拟，直径为5mm，长10mm；腹壁造瘘口是在回肠、直肠、膀胱相应的体表位置的三个圆形口；模型左下肢大腿股外侧为一长10cm宽8cm的凹槽，相应大小的股外侧肌模块放置于此凹槽内；外生殖器用粘扣粘于模型上，男女外生殖器可以互换；
本实用新型的有益效果在于，仿真的外型，可活动的关节、准确的结构可以帮助学习者学习儿科护理的诸多的操作，比如全身包扎练习、洗浴更衣、眼部护理和用药、口腔护理、 耳道冲洗、气管切开护理、肌肉注射、经口经鼻置胃管、回肠、直肠、膀胱造瘘口护理等。

如图所示，本实用新型主要由一个儿童模型组成。模型采用PVC材料制成，外型逼真，全身多个关节可活动；模型的解剖结构包括：眼睛、牙齿、舌、鼻、外耳道1、气管切开创口2、腹壁造瘘口3、股外侧肌5、外生殖器4、肛门6；其中，外耳道1由中空塑料管径插入模型左耳模拟，直径为5mm，长10mm；腹壁造瘘口3是在回肠、直肠、膀胱相应的体表位置的三个圆形口；模型左下肢大腿股外侧为一长10cm宽8cm的凹槽，相应大小的股外侧肌5模块放置于此凹槽内；外生殖器4用粘扣粘于模型上，男女外生殖器可以互换；
在模型上相应位置可以完成全身包扎练习、洗浴更衣、眼部护理和用药、口腔护理、耳道冲洗、气管切开护理、肌肉注射、经口经鼻置胃管、回肠、直肠、膀胱造瘘口护理等多项儿科护理。

1.儿童全功能护理模型，由一个儿童模型组成；其特征是，模型采用PVC材料制成，全身多个关节可活动；模型的解剖结构包括：眼睛、牙齿、舌、鼻、外耳道、气管切开创口、腹壁造瘘口、股外侧肌、男女外生殖器、肛门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童全功能护理模型，其特征是，外耳道由中空塑料管径插入模型左耳模拟，直径为5mm，长10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的儿童全功能护理模型，其特征是，腹壁造瘘口是在回肠、直肠、膀胱相应的体表位置的三个圆形口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的儿童全功能护理模型，其特征是，模型左下肢大腿股外侧为一长10cm宽8cm的凹槽，相应大小的股外侧肌模块放置于此凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的儿童全功能护理模型，其特征是，外生殖器用粘扣粘于模型上，男女外生殖器可以互换。
