弓形引孔器 
技术领域:本发明创造用于飞机装配时按导孔制孔的辅助工具。 
背景技术:在装配某大梁接头与加强板时,需按大梁接头上的导孔钻制加强板上的孔,因大梁接头形状复杂,闭角区域较多,工作区域不开场,直接按导孔钻孔非常困难。 
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种在不开场工作区域能顺利按导孔制孔的弓形引孔器;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:弓形引孔器,其特征在于由框架、导套、手柄和导头构成,框架一端制出螺纹孔,导头一端制出外螺纹,另一端制成光轴,导套制出内孔,将导头螺装在框架一端上,将导套焊接在框架另一端上,使导头与导套同心,手柄安装在框架上。 
本发明创造的优点:提高了在不开场工作区域顺利按导孔制孔的工作效率,并保证制孔的精度。

具体实施方式:弓形引孔器,其特征在于由框架、导套、手柄和导头构成,框架一端制出螺纹孔,导头一端制出外螺纹,另一端制成光轴,导套制出内孔,将导头螺装在框架一端上,将导套焊接在框架另一端上,使导头与导套同心,手柄安装在框架上,用螺钉固定。导头光轴端的尺寸制成系列,根据需要选用。 
使用说明:按需要选好弓形引孔器,将弓形引孔器中的导头插入零件的导孔中,选用与导套内孔直径相同的钻头,钻头插入导套内孔,进行制孔,即方便又保证了制孔精度。
