打扫卫生是人们居家过日子的常事，现在搞卫生一般都离不开拖把，一般情况下都是洗好拖把后直接用手去拧干再拖，这样容易让手受到伤害，特别是冬天更易伤害手，一些细菌、污渍直接接触手，与人们追求卫生的目的相背离，为此，市面上出现了有旋转扭动拖把杆，拧干拖把的技术。如果还可以设计出更加方便使用，可方便拧干水渍的，经济实用的拖把也是人们所需要的。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够通过使用外力，运用惯性原理，通过甩干水渍达到拧干拖把头目的的拖把。 
本实用新型是这样实现的：包括拖把杆、拖把头，拖把杆与拖把头通过活动的连接头连接，拖把杆上连接套杆，套杆下端安装滑轮架，滑轮架上安装了滑轮，在套杆的下端的拖把杆上安装了拉绳，拉绳绕着滑轮，拉绳通过外力作用传动拖把杆旋转。 
安装的时候，先将套杆从拖把杆下端套上，然后再将拖把杆与拖把头通过活动的连接头连接起来。使用时，拉着拉绳的拉手，缠绕在拖把杆上的拉绳带动拖把杆快速地旋转起来，拖把头上的水因此被甩了出去，从而 达到了拧干的目的。 
本实用新型由于在拖把杆上巧妙地增加了套杆和接绳，采用滑轮，并运用惯性原理，方便地达到轻轻拉动拉绳即可轻松将水甩干的效果。并且制造成本低，适合家居使用。

实施例1：包括拖把杆1、拖把头8，其特征是：拖把杆1与拖把头8通过活动的连接头7连接，拖把杆1上连接套杆2，套杆2下端安装滑轮架，滑轮架上安装了滑轮5，在套杆2的下端的拖把杆1上安装了拉绳6，拉绳6绕着滑轮5，拉绳6通过外力作用传动拖把杆1旋转。 
安装的时候，先将套杆2从拖把杆1下端套上，然后再将拖把杆2与拖把头8通过活动的连接头7连接起来。使用时，拉着拉绳6的拉手3，缠绕在拖把杆1上的拉绳6带动拖把杆1快速地旋转起来，拖把头上的水因此被甩了出去，从而达到了拧干的目的。
