目前公知使用的汤勺、漏勺是两种勺，给人们的日常饮食带来极大的不便，虽然也有人设计了一种油水分离汤勺，例如实用新型专利95238022.6，但其使用时不方便，即其油水分离的控制不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有多用汤勺的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、使用方便的多功能勺。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括勺体和勺柄，勺体的底部设置有隔渣网，在隔渣网上设置有与其匹配的密封盖，密封盖直接连接有与勺柄匹配的连接柄，连接柄通过销轴与勺柄活动铰接。
本实用新型，可以在勺柄设置有凹部，在凹部放置有对连接柄复位的复位弹簧。
本实用新型，复位弹簧可以穿设在销轴上。
本实用新型，具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。

参照图1、图2，本实施例是一种油水分离多功能勺，包括勺体1和勺柄2，勺体的底部设置有隔渣网3，在隔渣网上设置有与其结构或形状匹配的密封盖4，密封盖直接连接有与勺柄结构或形状匹配的连接柄5，连接柄5通过销轴6与勺柄活动铰接；在勺柄设置有凹部7，在凹部放置有对连接柄5复位的复位弹簧8；该复位弹簧8穿设在销轴6上。
本实用新型，由于通过连接柄5，可以很方便地控制密封盖4的开启，达到油水分离控制的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能勺，其特征在于：在所述勺柄设置有凹部(7)，在所述凹部放置有对所述连接柄(5)复位的复位弹簧(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能勺，其特征在于：所述复位弹簧(8)穿设在销轴(6)上。
