现在的椅子都很普通，且功能单一，一般都是供人们坐下休息。如果需要健身或作其他什么运动就只有离开椅子，单独去找健身用具，为此，本实用新型设计出了一种新颖的椅子。

本实用新型的发明目的在于：针对上述存在的问题，提供一种带有健身功能的椅子。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的：一种椅子，特别是一种具有健身功能的椅子，由椅子本体、健身扶手、健身脚踏板组成；健身扶手靠近椅子靠背一端用活动扣件固定在椅子的靠背左右两边的边缘上，并能向上翻转，另外一端用拉力弹簧固定在椅子坐板上，不需要健身时弹簧具有支撑作用，需要健身时可用手握紧扶手，用力向上拉伸，这样能很好的锻炼人体上半身肌肉；健身踏板位于坐板下方的椅子前方两椅腿之间，并用两根拉力弹簧固定在椅子坐板前端下方，需要健身时，将双脚踩在健身踏板上，用力向前方蹬伸，这样可锻炼人体下半身肌肉。 
综上所述，由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型所述的椅子不但有供人们坐下休息的普通功能，还能让人们坐在椅子上做健身运动，可谓两全其美。

如图1所示，一种椅子，特别是一种具有健身功能的椅子，包括椅子本体1、健身扶手2、健身脚踏板3，健身扶手2靠近椅子靠背一端用活动扣件4固定在椅子的靠背左右两边的边缘上，并能向上翻转，另外一端用拉力弹簧5固定在椅子坐板上；健身踏板3位于坐板下方的椅子前方两椅腿之间，并用两根拉力弹簧5固定在椅子坐板前端下方。 
坐在椅子上的人们需要健身时只需用手向上拉动健身扶手2或用脚踩在健身踏板3上向前蹬伸，便可以达到休闲健身的目的了。

1.一种椅子，特别是一种具有健身功能的椅子，其特征在于：所述椅子包括椅子本体、健身扶手、健身脚踏板，健身扶手靠近椅子靠背一端用活动扣件固定在椅子的靠背左右两边的边缘上，并能向上翻转，另外一端用拉力弹簧固定在椅子坐板上，健身踏板位于坐板下方的椅子前方两椅腿之间，并用两根拉力弹簧固定在椅子坐板前端下方。
