背景技术：目前，发电机和电动机用的很多，原理都是磁场中电流受力。
发明内容：本发明解决问题的目的是：使旋转的部分裸露在外。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
设计了一种新颖的外面是旋转的转子，中心轴连同绕有线圈的定子固定在机座上，轴承使外转子绕中心轴旋转。可以将导线通过中心轴与轴承相联处，或空心的中心轴引入电机的线圈。外面的转子可以做成标准尺寸，或花键，便于和皮带轮或齿轮连接。
本发明的有益效果是：
1不需要外壳，减轻重量，省铁。
2绕有线圈的定子变小，省铜。
3线圈在中心的定子上，便于直接加工。
4转子变大，便于标准化，更能保证同心度。

具体实施方式：下面结合图1对本发明进一步说明。
如图将外转子电机组合好。做为电动机，给定子6中的线圈通电即可。可以为转子安上磁极，用动力使转子转动，将外转子电机做为发电机，定子线圈即可供电。

将导线通过空心的中心轴，引入电机的线圈。
