一种多效能接线端子,其由绝缘座、防护罩、端子、铜排、压线螺钉等组成。整个产品是二排式组合,防护罩安装在绝缘座里,防护罩里面设有端子,端子是金属品制成方形状,金属上方设有压线螺钉,压线螺钉是高强度的紧定螺钉,螺钉底部特制成球形,压线时对导线无损伤,而且对导线具有足够大的挤压力,接触更可靠;防护罩上面盖有铜排,铜排与端子接触,组成排式结构,在铜排上设置一个放压器,防止过压或闪电电流破坏;出线端则统一为筒式连接,在套筒、端子和电线之间设置梯形弹性绝缘密封套,弹性绝缘密封套连接端子孔,以便防水、灰尘进入,延长使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种接线端子,具体涉及电器产品结构的一种多效能接线端子。 
背景技术:
在电气设备中,回路的接通或断开切换需要由接线端子来实现,现有技术中,线路板和接线缎子之间仅依靠接线缎子的焊点固定连接,使得线路板与接线缎子的连接强度不高,。电气连接的进线端子与出线端子没有明显的标识,在施工现场使用时带来不便。同时,接线端子采用插拨方式连接导线,不够牢固,而且接线端子不能保护连接的导线,电线有较多的裸露部分,存在安全隐患。 
实用新型内容:
针对现有上述产品的技术不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种多效能接线端子,其由绝缘座、防护罩、端子、铜排、压线螺钉等组成。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:整个产品是二排式组合,防护罩安装在绝缘座里,防护罩里面设有端子,端子是金属品制成方形结构,金属端子上方设有压线螺钉,压线螺钉是高强度的紧定螺钉,螺钉底部特制成球形;防护罩上面盖有铜排,铜排与端子接触,组成排式结构,在铜排上设置一个放压器,防止过压或闪电电流破坏;出线端则统一为筒式连接,在套筒、端子和电线之间设置梯形弹性绝缘密封套,弹性绝缘密封套连接端子孔。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:构思精巧,外形美观,结构可靠,防止过压或闪电电流破坏,防水、灰尘进入,延长使用。

具体实施方式:
据图1、图2和图3所示,多效能接线端子由绝缘座1、防护罩2、端子3等组成,整体产品采用二排式组合,防护罩2安装在绝缘座1里,防止连接断离和潮气灰尘侵蚀,防护罩2里面设有端子3,端子3是金属品制成方形状,金属端子3上方设有压线螺钉4,压线螺钉4是高强度的紧定螺钉,底部为特制的球形,压线时对导线无损伤,而且对导线具有足够大的挤压力,接触更可靠;防护罩2上盖有铜排,铜排与端子3接触,固定端子3组成成排,在铜排上设置一个放压器,防止过压或闪电电流破坏;出线端则统一为筒式连接,在套筒、端子3和电线之间设置梯形弹性绝缘密封套,弹性绝缘密封套连接端子孔,以便防水、灰尘进入,延长使用寿命。

1.一种多效能接线端子,其由绝缘座、防护罩、端子、铜排、压线螺钉组成,其特征在于:整个产品是二排式组合,防护罩安装在绝缘座里,防护罩里面设有端子;防护罩上面盖有铜排,铜排与端子接触,铜排上设置一个放压器;出线端则统一为筒式连接,在套筒、端子和电线之间设置梯形弹性绝缘密封套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多效能接线端子,其特征在于:所述的端子是金属品制成方形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多效能接线端子,其特征在于:所述的金属端子上方设有压线螺钉,压线螺钉是紧定螺钉,螺钉底部特制成球形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多效能接线端子,其特征在于:所述的铜排与端子组成排式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多效能接线端子,其特征在于:所述的弹性绝缘密封套连接端子孔。
