本实用新型公开了一种卧式翅片水箱。它包括内胆(1)以及用于热交换的翅片换热器(2),翅片换热器(2)表面设有用于散热的翅片式散热片(3),翅片换热器(2)的下部设有进液口(4)、出液口(5),所述的翅片换热器(2)内设有灌注循环介质时留出的膨胀空间(7),所述翅片换热器(2)的下部还设有溢流口(6)。本实用新型采用的上述结构,介质体积膨胀的破坏没有直接作用到换热器内胆,减轻了换热器内胆的压力,消除安全隐患;介质进液口与出液口形成高度差有利于自然循环,增强了水箱系统的换热效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水箱结构,尤其是涉及一种卧式翅片水箱。
背景技术
随着太阳能热水器的普及,用户对热水器的功能要求越来越高。现有技术的太阳能水箱,其结构一般包括外壳、进出水管、换热器以及内胆。这种水箱除了采用电加热外,还可通过水箱内的换热器进行介质循环,从而提高水箱的换热效果。目前,有的换热器采用翅片式换热器的结构形式,通过换热器进液口将介质灌入换热器中,介质经过热传导将热量传递给内胆中的水。但是,现有这种翅片式换热器结构的水箱,当介质的温度上升,导致介质体积膨胀,介质体积膨胀带来的压力直接作用到换热器内胆,存在安全隐患。另外,换热器内介质的自然循环效果不佳,也影响了水箱系统的换热效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够减轻换热器内胆压力、且改善换热效果的卧式翅片水箱。
本实用新型所需要解决的问题是通过如下的技术方案实现的:它包括内胆以及用于热交换的翅片换热器,翅片换热器表面设有用于散热的翅片式散热片,翅片换热器的下部设有进液口、出液口,所述的翅片换热器内设有灌注循环介质时留出的膨胀空间,所述翅片换热器的下部还设有溢流口。
本实用新型所述的进液口内设有一导热引流管,导热引流管的出口位于换热器的中部,与换热器下部的出液口形成高度差。
本实用新型采用的上述结构,介质体积膨胀的破坏没有直接作用到换热器内胆,减轻了换热器内胆压力,消除安全隐患;介质进液口与出液口形成高度差有利于自然循环,增强了水箱系统的换热效果。

由附图可知,该卧式翅片水箱包括内胆1以及用于热交换的翅片换热器2,翅片换热器2表面设有用于散热的翅片式散热片3,翅片换热器2的下部设有进液口4、出液口5,所述的翅片换热器2内设有灌注循环介质时留出的膨胀空间7,所述翅片换热器2的下部还设有溢流口6。当介质的温度上升,导致介质体积膨胀时,介质液位将上升,并会从溢流口流出。膨胀空间7中的空气无法被排出,形成一个可以被压缩的空间。因为有膨胀空间7的空气被压缩,所以介质体积膨胀的破坏没有直接作用到换热器内胆,保护了换热器内胆,减轻了换热器内胆压力。作为本实用新型的优选方式,本实用新型所述的进液口4内可以设有一导热引流管8,导热引流管8的出口位于换热器2的中部,与换热器2下部的出液口5形成高度差。换热器内的导热引流管8将经过集热器加温过的介质引到换热器2的中部与出液口5形成高度差利于自然循环,增强了系统的换热效果。

1.一种卧式翅片水箱,包括内胆以及用于热交换的翅片换热器,翅片换热器表面设有用于散热的翅片式散热片,翅片换热器的下部设有进液口、出液口,其特征在于所述的翅片换热器内设有灌注循环介质时留出的膨胀空间,所述翅片换热器的下部还设有溢流口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卧式翅片水箱,其特征在于所述的进液口内设有一导热引流管,导热引流管的出口位于换热器的中部,与换热器下部的出液口形成高度差。
