本实用新型涉及超高压液压系统的液压控制阀。
背景技术：
现有的液压系统的液压控制阀只适用于31.5MP，当压力大于70MP时，就需要相适应的液压控制阀。
发明内容：
本实用新型提供一种保证千斤顶长期处于锁住状态手动单向阀。本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：一种手动单向阀，其主要技术特征是阀体内设有单向阀，单向阀一侧连弹簧，弹簧油路通出油口，另一侧通油路，油路连进油口；单向阀上方设有带有锥度的阀芯，阀芯连接手柄；单向阀下方连有调压装置；
所述调压装置为阀芯连压缩弹簧；
所述带有锥度的阀芯与阀座之间设有挡圈和O形圈；阀座与阀体之间设有密封垫。
本实用新型保障千斤顶在工作时，油路系统中出现意外，而造成千斤顶下降的现象。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，本手动单向阀，阀体1内设有单向阀4，单向阀一侧连弹簧3，弹簧油路通出油口A，另一侧通油路，油路连进油口P；单向阀上方设有带有锥度的阀芯12，阀芯连接手柄14；单向阀下方连有调压装置；调压装置为阀芯5连压缩弹簧6构成。带有锥度的阀芯与阀座13之间设有挡圈10和O形圈9；阀座与阀体之间设有密封垫11。图中还设有螺钉2，螺钉7，螺钉8，螺钉15。
A接千斤顶，P接动力油，工作时千斤顶举升，手动单向阀是锁紧的，此时千斤顶永远处于保压锁住状态，液压油只进不出，当千斤顶要回油时，只有打开手柄，千斤顶才能下降。

1.一种手动单向阀，其特征在于阀体内设有单向阀，单向阀一侧连弹簧，弹簧油路通出油口，另一侧通油路，油路连进油口；单向阀上方设有带有锥度的阀芯，阀芯连接手柄；单向阀下方连有调压装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种手动单向阀，其特征在于所述调压装置为阀芯连压缩弹簧构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种手动单向阀，其特征在于所述带有锥度的阀芯与阀座之间设有挡圈和O形圈；阀座与阀体之间设有密封垫。
