本实用新型涉及一种在电梯上使用的外转子式曳引机永磁转子。
背景技术
外转子式曳引机永磁转子主要由轮毂、磁轭、永磁体三部分组成,现有的结构如图1所示,磁轭通过螺钉安装在轮毂的后端,磁轭内部安装有永磁体,该结构存在的缺点是:
1磁轭作为制动轮使用时,连接磁轭和轮毂的螺钉容易剪断而出现安全隐患。
2轮毂、磁轭都需要较高的加工精度,才能保证装配后转子跳动不会超标。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种磁轭和轮毂连接强度高,不会出现螺钉剪断事故,并且加工精度容易保证的永磁转子。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的:包括轮毂、中心有通孔的磁轭、瓦片状永磁体,瓦片状永磁体紧贴在磁轭的内表面,每片瓦片状永磁体的N极和与其相邻的另一瓦片状永磁体的S极相邻,其特别之处在于:轮毂和磁轭采用球墨铸铁铸造为一体。
本实用新型将轮毂和磁轭铸造为一整体,可以整体加工,转子外圆和内孔可以一次装夹加工,跳动度容易保证,并且连接强度高,不存在螺钉被剪断的安全隐患。
