Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种健身器，所述健身器由一开口型轨道座、一前支架、一后支架、两扶手、两支承杆、两膝垫、一连接杆、若干紧固件以及螺栓所组成，通过以上设置，该健身器结构简洁且生产成本较低。

本发明涉及一种健身器。
背景技术
2009年11月4日公开的中国专利200820210480.4号，其技术特征主要包括有一底盘、一支架、支撑杆、支撑杆、两护膝垫、以及扶手，该健身器可对健身者的腰腹部肌肉起到很好的锻炼作用，但是该技术由于使用了面积较大的底盘，所以在生产过程中需要配备相对应的面积较大的模具，故生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简洁且生产成本较低的健身器。
为达到上述目的，本发明提供一种健身器，所述健身器由一开口型轨道座、一前支架、一后支架、至少一扶手、一左支承杆、一右支承杆、两膝垫、一连接杆、若干紧固件以及螺栓所组成，开口型轨道座的前端设置有左扶手以及右扶手；开口型轨道座的底部设置有前支架以及后支架；左支承杆以及右支承杆均具有连接端以及支撑端，连接端枢接在开口型轨道座上，支撑端与开口型轨道座相接触；两膝垫分别枢接在左支承杆以及右支承杆上。
开口型轨道座包括有滑轨、横杆、扶手座、支撑管、贴标座、水壶支撑管、连接片，滑轨底部焊接有4个连接片，滑轨靠前部分焊接有横杆，支撑管焊接在横杆上，贴标座焊接在支撑管上，水壶支架焊接在横杆上。
前支架、后支架均连接在滑轨底部的连接片上。
较佳地，本发明所述健身器设置有左扶手、右扶手，左扶手与右扶手均通过U型棒固定在扶手座上。
较佳地，本发明所述健身器设置有左支承杆以及右支承杆，左支承杆以及右支承杆均分别以各自的圆心枢接在横杆上，每个支承杆都具有连接端和支撑端。
两膝垫分别枢接在左支承杆以及右支承杆上。
一连接杆把左支承杆以及右支承杆连接起来。
本发明的积极进步效果在于：一种健身器，该健身器结构简洁且生产成本较低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图给出本发明实施例，以详细说明本发明的技术方案。需要注意的是，以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述，但本实施例并不用于限制本发明，也不意味对本发明所公开的内容进行穷尽阐述，凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其变化，均应列入本发明的保护范围。
如图1-15所示，本发明的健身器由开口型轨道座1、前支架2、后支架3、左扶手4、右扶手5、左支承杆6、右支承杆7、两膝垫8、连接杆9以及若干紧固件以及螺栓所组成。
如图3所示，开口型轨道座1由滑轨101、横杆102、左扶手座103、右扶手座104、支撑管105、贴标座106、水壶支撑管107、连接片108所组成。滑轨101底部焊接有4个连接片108，滑轨101靠前部分焊接有横杆102，支撑管105焊接在横杆102上，贴标座106焊接在支撑管105上，水壶支架107焊接在横杆102上。连接片108设置有若干调节孔，便于U型棒10插入不同的孔，从而使前支架2或后支架3获得不同的高度
如图4、图5、图2、图3所示，前支架2、后支架3均通过U型棒10以及螺栓、螺帽连接在滑轨1底部的连接片108上。前支架2设置有安装孔201以及安装孔202，后支架3设置有安装孔301以及安装孔302。
如图10、图2、图3、图15所示，左扶手4通过U型棒10固定在左扶手座103上，左扶手4设置有若干调节孔401，便于调节左扶手4相对于使用者的长度。
如图11、图2、图3、图15所示，右扶手5通过U型棒10固定在右扶手座104上，右扶手5设置有若干调节孔501，便于调节右扶手5相对于使用者的长度。
如图6、图7、图8、图9、图2、图3所示，左支承杆6通过螺栓枢接在横杆102上，右支承杆7通过螺栓枢接在横杆102上，左支承杆6以及右支承杆7均可绕各自的圆心转动。左支承杆6上设置有若干调节孔602，左支承杆6的底部枢设有滚轮601，滚轮601可在滑轨101上移动。右支承杆7上设置有若干调节孔702，右支承杆7的底部枢设有滚轮701，滚轮701可在滑轨101上移动。连接杆14插入调节孔602以及调节孔702内把左支承杆6以及右支承杆7连接起来，使左支承杆6以及右支承杆7同步运动，并且连接杆14插入不同位置的调节孔可调节左支承杆6以及右支承杆7之间的距离。
如图2、图12所示，两膝垫8分别枢接在左支承杆6以及右支承杆7上。
如图1、图2、图3所示，使用者跪在膝垫8上，然后用力摆动腰腹部，可使左支撑杆6、右支杆7往复摆动，从而达到锻炼使用者腰腹部的目的。

Claims (2)

1.一种健身器，其特征在于：所述健身器至少由一开口型轨道座、一前支架、一后支架、一扶手、一左支承杆、一右支承杆、两膝垫所组成，开口型轨道座的前端设置有扶手；开口型轨道座的底部设置有前支架以及后支架；左支承杆以及右支承杆均具有连接端以及支撑端，连接端枢接在开口型轨道座上，支撑端与开口型轨道座相接触；两膝垫分别枢接在左支承杆以及右支承杆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健身器，其特征在于：开口型轨道座包括有滑轨、横杆、扶手座、支撑管、贴标座、水壶支撑管、连接片，滑轨底部焊接有4个连接片，滑轨靠前部分焊接有横杆，支撑管焊接在横杆上，贴标座焊接在支撑管上，水壶支架焊接在横杆上。
