本实用新型公开了一种旋转式双电位刷编码器,包括底端设有端子的底座,与底座扣接的外壳,所述底座与外壳之间依次装接接触片,转轮,定位片,所述接触片外圈设有连料与电位刷,所述电位刷中部开设有分叉槽,将电位刷分隔为双电位刷;所述接触片外圈与连料、电位刷一体成型。本实用新型创造性地将传统电位刷中部开分叉槽,将单一电位刷分隔为双电位刷,既减少了电位刷与转轮的接触面,从而减少电位刷与转轮之间的摩擦力,但反而增强了电位刷与转轮之间的接触性能;另外,在外壳两侧底部增设弹性扣脚,使得该旋转式双电刷编码器适合多种尺寸的鼠标,增大了该旋转式双电位刷的适用范围。

本实用新型涉及一种电脑外接输入设备,尤其涉及一种旋转式双电位刷编码器。
背景技术
旋转式编码器是鼠标的主要部件之一,现有旋转式编码器在使用中易损的零件之一是接触片,因为接触片长期与转轮接触,容易磨损变形,这也是导致旋转式编码器乃至整个鼠标容易损害的原因之一,因此,有必要对旋转式编码器进行改进,延长鼠标的寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种减少接触片与转轮摩擦力,接触片不易变形的旋转式双电位刷编码器。
为实现所述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案如下:构造一种旋转式双电位刷编码器,包括底端设有端子的底座,与底座扣接的外壳,所述底座与外壳之间依次装接接触片,转轮,定位片,所述接触片外圈设有连料与电位刷,所述电位刷中部开设有分叉槽,将电位刷分隔为双电位刷。
所述接触片外圈与连料、电位刷一体成型。
所述接触片外圈设有均匀分布的三套连料与电位刷。
所述定位片下部开设有减少应力的开料孔。
所述外壳底部两侧均设有弹性扣脚。
本实用新型的有益之处是,创造性地将传统电位刷中部开分叉槽,将单一电位刷分隔为双电位刷,既减少了电位刷与转轮的接触面,从而减少电位刷与转轮之间的摩擦力,但反而增强了电位刷与转轮之间的接触性能,;另外,在外壳两侧底部增设弹性扣脚,使得该旋转式双电刷编码器适合多种尺寸的鼠标,增大了该旋转式双电位刷的适用范围。

具体实施方式
参阅图1~图3所示的旋转式双电位刷编码器,包括底端设有端子11的底座1,与底座扣接的外壳2,所述底座1与外壳2之间依次装接接触片3,转轮4,定位片5,所述接触片3外圈31设有连料32与电位刷33,所述电位刷33中部开设有分叉槽35,将电位刷33分隔为双电位刷331、333。
所述接触片外圈31与连料31、电位刷33一体成型。
所述接触片外圈31设有均匀分布的三套连料31与电位刷33。
所述定位片5下部开设有减少应力的开料孔52。
所述外壳2底部两侧均设有能增大编码器适用范围的弹性扣脚21、23。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转式编码器,其特征在于:所述接触片外圈设有均匀分布的三套连料与电位刷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式编码器,其特征在于:所述定位片下部开设有减少应力的开料孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式编码器,其特征在于:所述外壳底部两侧均设有弹性扣脚。
