背景技术
现有技术中,太阳能热水器的集热器、进回水管及支架均安装在屋顶上,大小不等、形状各异的集热器在屋顶随意设置,影响环境景观,不利于节能与低碳建筑的推广应用。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种屋面镶嵌式平板太阳能集热器,它镶嵌在屋面内,各集热器间通过连接件连接,无裸露水管,具有安装方便、造型美观的优点。
实现本实用新型目的的具体技术方案是:
一种屋面镶嵌式平板太阳能集热器,特点是:它包括平板集热器、连接件及固定件,所述平板集热器由框架、水管及集热管组成,框架由型材构成一矩形框,水管平行设置于框架内且端头伸出框架,集热管设置于框架内的水管之间;连接件由保温套及防水板组成;固定件由盖板、支撑柱及螺钉组成;平板集热器镶嵌于屋面,支撑柱固定于屋面,盖板设于屋面防水层与平板集热器之间并经螺钉与支撑柱固定;连接件的保温套套装于框架外的水管连接处,防水板设于保温套之上;所述的平板集热器的框架上设有面板及底板。
本实用新型镶嵌在屋面内,各集热器间通过连接件连接,无裸露水管,具有安装方便、造型美观的优点。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2,本实用新型包括平板集热器1、连接件2及固定件3,所述平板集热器1由框架4、水管6及集热管7组成,框架4由型材围合而成矩形框,水管6为两道分别为进回水管、平行设置于框架4内且端头由框架4两侧伸出,集热管7为数根、设置于框架4内两道水管6之间;平板集热器1的框架4上设有面板5及底板9。
参阅图1、图3及图4,本实用新型连接件2由保温套10及防水板11组成,固定件3由盖板12、支撑柱13及螺钉14组成;平板集热器1经框架4镶嵌于屋面内;支撑柱13固定于屋面,盖板12设于屋面防水层15与框架4之间并经螺钉14与支撑柱13固定;保温套10套装于框架4外侧两水管6的连接处,防水板11设于保温套10上方两框架4之间。
本实用新型是这样使用的:
本实用新型可用于新建建筑屋顶,在施工中预留平板集热器1的安装位置,实现与建筑物一体化建设;也可用于已完工建筑屋顶,将平板集热器1镶嵌在屋面16的防水层15内或屋面16的瓦层内。
参阅图1及图4,平板集热器1以单片为单元,可数片组合,片与片之间用连接件2连接,连接方式是:连接框架4外侧的两水管6,在连接处套装保温套10,在保温套10上方两框架4之间安装防水板11,最后将进回水管6经屋顶送入室内与用水器和供水管连接。
参阅图1及图3,采用固定件3将平板集热器1实施固定,固定方式是;将支撑柱13固定于平板集热器1周边的屋面16上,将盖板12设于屋面防水层15与框架4之间并经螺钉14将盖板12与支撑柱13固定,完成平板集热器1的固定。

1.一种屋面镶嵌式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于它包括平板集热器(1)、连接件(2)及固定件(3),所述平板集热器(1)由框架(4)、水管(6)及集热管(7)组成,框架(4)由型材构成一矩形框,水管(6)平行设置于框架(4)内且端头伸出框架(4),集热管(7)设置于框架(4)内的水管(6)之间;连接件(2)由保温套(10)及防水板(11)组成;固定件(3)由盖板(12)、支撑柱(13)及螺钉(14)组成;平板集热器(1)镶嵌于屋面,支撑柱(13)固定于屋面,盖板(12)设于屋面防水层与平板集热器(1)之间并经螺钉(14)与支撑柱(13)固定;连接件(2)的保温套(10)套装于框架(4)外的水管(6)连接处,防水板(11)设于保温套(10)之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋面镶嵌式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于平板集热器(1)的框架(4)上设有面板(5)及底板(9)。
