本实用新型公开一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，属于钢结构屋面体系的技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步，建筑行业对建筑的装配化要求越来越高。目前传统的钢结构屋面多为C型钢檩条+保温层+压型钢板屋面，这种体系多为现场组装，易在钢板交接处发生漏水。申请人经过研究，发现一种以U型钢，Z型钢为骨架，内嵌保温防水材料的集成式复合屋面板块具有突出的安装性能。本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不仅装配化程度高，而且防水性能优越的节能板块化复合屋面体系。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，包括由下向上依次复合设置的加劲铝箔纸、钢骨架、防水透气膜、隔热挤塑板，钢骨架内填充有保温隔热棉，其中钢骨架由两个相向设置的U型钢和两个相向设置的Z型钢组装而成。
作为上述方案的进一步设置，所述U型钢的槽口朝内设置（即两个U型钢的槽口均朝向钢骨架内部），Z型钢的上端折边朝内设置，Z型钢的下端折边朝外设置，同时U型钢的端部与相连的Z型钢的上端折边及Z型钢的中间支撑部固定连接。U型钢与Z型钢固定连接后形成上、下端面平整度高的钢骨架，即U型钢与Z型钢的上端面均处于同一水平面上，U型钢与Z型钢的下端面均处于同一水平面上。
所述隔热挤塑板的厚度为20mm。
所述保温隔热棉的厚度为80mm。
本实用新型一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，采用U型钢和Z型钢组装成钢骨架，具体来说，在屋面板块与屋架连接的一侧，屋面板块的骨架采用Z型钢，以便于在Z型钢外侧的折边上打自攻螺钉，这样不仅方便安装，而且防水性能优越，而封边骨架则采用U型钢。

具体实施方式
    如图1、图2所示，本实用新型一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，包括由下向上依次复合设置的加劲铝箔纸1、钢骨架2、防水透气膜3、隔热挤塑板4，钢骨架2内填充有保温隔热棉5，其中钢骨架2由两个相向设置的U型钢21和两个相向设置的Z型钢22组装而成。
钢骨架2中U型钢21与Z型钢22之间的具体优选连接结构为：U型钢21的槽口朝内设置，Z型钢22的上端折边221朝内设置，Z型钢22的下端折边222朝外设置用于连接屋架，同时U型钢21的端部与相连的Z型钢22的上端折边221及Z型钢22的中间支撑部223固定连接（焊接固定）。
隔热挤塑板4的厚度为20mm。保温隔热棉5的厚度为80mm。

1.一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，其特征在于：包括由下向上依次复合设置的加劲铝箔纸、钢骨架、防水透气膜、隔热挤塑板，钢骨架内填充有保温隔热棉，其中钢骨架由两个相向设置的U型钢和两个相向设置的Z型钢组装而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，其特征在于：所述U型钢的槽口朝内设置，Z型钢的上端折边朝内设置，Z型钢的下端折边朝外设置，同时U型钢的端部与相连的Z型钢的上端折边及Z型钢的中间支撑部固定连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，其特征在于：所述隔热挤塑板的厚度为20mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种节能板块化复合屋面体系，其特征在于：所述保温隔热棉的厚度为80mm。
