Abstract

一种管式平板太阳能集热器,具有一排热管式真空管,热管式真空管的背面设有聚光器,集热器具有箱体,箱体的正面安装有钢化玻璃;所述热管式真空管、聚光器均处于箱体内,水管穿过箱体,所述真空管的热管冷凝段插入水管且与水管密封连接,箱体内的纵向两端各设有将热管式真空管的对应端围在其中的隔热套。本实用新型采用把热管式真空管和聚光器安装在箱体内,箱体的正面是钢化玻璃以及热管式真空管的两端各围有隔热套,所以对热管式真空管起到良好的保护作用,并能达到良好的蓄热效果,有效地提高吸热效率。

本实用新型涉及管式平板太阳能热水器。
背景技术
平板太阳能热水器具有金属吸热板,利用金属的传热性,将吸收的热量传于水箱中,吸热板不可避免的要向四周散热,所以平板型热水器达不到高温。中国专利号是98205099.2的实用新型说明书公开了一种热管式真空管太阳能热水器,它包括一支架,一储水箱,一排热管式真空管,所述储水箱和真空管固定支撑在所述支架上,所述真空管的热管冷凝段伸人所述储水箱,所述真空管内设置有吸热板,真空管的背面设置一排聚光器。上述实用新型可以有效地提高聚光和吸热效率,但由于玻璃真空管暴露在外,容易破碎,且玻璃真空管之间一旦有积雪,难以清除,容易损坏玻璃真空管。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种有效地提高吸热效率且能防止玻璃真空管损坏的管式平板太阳能热水器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:
本实用新型具有一排热管式真空管,热管式真空管的背面设有聚光器,集热器具有箱体,箱体的正面安装有钢化玻璃;所述热管式真空管、聚光器均处于箱体内,水管穿过箱体,所述真空管的热管冷凝段插入水管且与水管密封连接,箱体内的纵向两端各设有将热管式真空管的对应端围在其中的隔热套。
所述热管式真空管具有双层玻璃管,玻璃管的内、外层之间设有弹性撑,内、外层之间为真空区,玻璃管内安装有热管,热管的冷凝段通过玻璃管的开口伸出,在玻璃管的开口处设有密封塞。
所述箱体具有底板和四块侧板,所述底板通过四块底板连接板与由四块侧板组成的边框连接,所述钢化玻璃通过四块面板连接板与由四块侧板组成的边框连接。
所述聚光器为复合抛物面聚光器。
所述聚光器由固定在底板上的两立板和两平卧架支承,其中两立板是纵向设置且分别处于聚光器两边缘的弧面交界处,两平卧架横向设置且处于聚光器的下方。
本实用新型采用把热管式真空管和聚光器安装在箱体内,箱体的正面是钢化玻璃以及热管式真空管的两端各围有隔热套,所以对热管式真空管起到良好的保护作用,并能达到良好的蓄热效果,有效地提高吸热效率。

实施例1
附图所示的实施例具有一排热管式真空管2,热管式真空管2的背面设有聚光器5。所述聚光器5为复合抛物面聚光器。
所述集热器具有箱体1,箱体1的正面安装有钢化玻璃3。所述箱体1具有底板1-4和四块侧板1-2,四块侧板1-2组成边框,所述底板1-4通过四块底板连接板1-3与由四块侧板1-2组成的边框连接,所述钢化玻璃3通过四块面板连接板1-1与由四块侧板1-2组成的边框连接。面板连接板1-1与侧板1-2之间由铆钉10连接。上述面板连接板1-1、侧板1-2、底板连接板1-3均采用型材。
所述热管式真空管2、聚光器5均处于箱体1内,水管4穿过箱体1。所述热管式真空管2具有双层玻璃管,玻璃管的内、外层2-2、2-3之间设有弹性撑2-4,内、外层2-2、2-3之间的空间为真空区,玻璃管的开口处设有管塞2-6和密封圈2-5。玻璃管2-2内安装有热管2-1,冷凝段2-1-1外部设有铜套2-6,热管2-1的冷凝段2-1-1通过玻璃管开口处的管塞2-6和密封圈2-5伸出并插入水管4内,其端头从水管4中穿出,热管冷凝段2-1-1与水管4密封连接,箱体1内的纵向两端各设有将热管式真空管2的对应端围在其中的隔热套7、8。处于玻璃管封闭端的隔热套7采用聚丙烯发泡材料,处于玻璃管开口端的隔热8套采用玻璃棉。
所述聚光器5由固定在底板1-4上的两立板9和两平卧架6支承,其中两立板9是纵向设置,各处于聚光器5边缘的弧面交界处,两平卧架6处于聚光器5的下方且横向设置用于托住聚光器5。

Claims (5)

1. 一种管式平板太阳能集热器,具有一排热管式真空管(2),热管式真空管(2)的背面设有聚光器(5),其特征在于:集热器具有箱体(1),箱体(1)的正面安装有钢化玻璃(3);所述热管式真空管(2)、聚光器(5)均处于箱体(1)内,水管(4)穿过箱体(1),所述真空管(2)的热管冷凝段(2-1-1)插入水管(4)且与水管(4)密封连接,箱体(1)内的纵向两端各设有将热管式真空管(2)的对应端围在其中的隔热套(7、8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述热管式真空管(2)具有双层玻璃管,玻璃管的内、外层(2-2、2-3)之间设有弹性撑(2-4),内、外层(2-2、2-3)之间为真空区,玻璃管的开口处设有管塞(2-6)和密封圈(2-5),玻璃管内安装有热管(2-1),热管(2-1)的冷凝段(2-1-1)通过管塞(2-6)和密封圈(2-5)伸出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)具有底板(1-4)和四块侧板(1-2),所述底板(1-4)通过四块底板连接板(1-3)与由四块侧板(1-2)组成的边框连接,所述钢化玻璃(3)通过四块面板连接板(1-1)与由四块侧板(1-2)组成的边框连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述聚光器(5)为复合抛物面聚光器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于:所述聚光器(5)由固定在底板(1-4)上的两立板(9)和两平卧架(6)支承,其中两立板(9)是纵向设置且分别处于聚光器(5)两边缘的弧面交界处,两平卧架(6)横向设置且处于聚光器(5)的下方。
