Abstract
本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器,尤其是一种阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器。它包括储水箱、热管集热器,该热管集热器由真空玻璃管、置于该真空玻璃管内的金属热管和吸热板构成,所述热管集热器横向布置、上下排列与该储水箱直联,其金属热管冷凝端插入该储水箱承压内胆;所述承压内胆中设置有与室内供暖管道连接的暖气换热器。与现有技术相比,金属热管集热器直接插入承压水箱,热管工质传输热量距离短,因此热损小、热效率高;集热管横置且与储水箱一体化,因此安装方便。

本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器,尤其是一种阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器。
背景技术:
传统屋顶安装的太阳能热水器受安装空间的限制,已逐渐被阳台壁挂式太阳能热水器取代。而目前公知的阳台壁挂太阳能热水器,都是采用一些、两者间通过循环管路连接的结构,如中国专利ZL03204731.2公开的一种分体式壁挂太阳能热水器,其外挂部分即集热器与储水部分采取分离安装方式,两者间通过冷、热水管相连。这种结构的太阳能热水器由于连接管件较多,因此热损大,且不便安装。中国专利ZL01259479.2公开的一种承压框架式阳台壁挂太阳能热水器,虽然解决了分体式壁挂太阳能热水器存在的一些不足,但其集热器与储水箱仍为分离安装结构。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于解决壁挂式太阳能热水器集热器与储水箱的连接问题,而提供一种集热器与储水箱呈整体连接结构、并借助室内供暖装置采热、热效率高、安装方便的阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器,包括储水箱、热管集热器,该热管集热器由真空玻璃管、置于该真空玻璃管内的金属热管和吸热板构成,所述热管集热器横向布置、上下排列与该储水箱直联,其金属热管冷凝端插入该储水箱承压内胆;所述承压内胆中设置有与室内供暖管道连接的暖气换热器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的金属热管集热器直接插入承压水箱,热管工质传输热量距离短,因此热损小、热效率高;集热管横置且与储水箱一体化,因此安装方便。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图给出本实用新型的一个具体实施例。
本实施例所述的一种阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器,由承压内胆1、聚胺脂泡沫保温层2、金属热管3、真空玻璃管4、吸热板5、暖气换热器6、热水接口7、冷水接口8、内螺纹套管9、外螺纹空心密封螺母10、密封硅胶圈11、集热管口盖12组成,其中金属热管3、真空玻璃管4、吸热板5构成热管集热器,承压内胆1、聚胺脂泡沫保温层2构成储水箱。
本实施例所述的真空玻璃管4为双层套管结构,夹层内为真空,其内留有放置金属热管3和吸热板5的空间,吸热板5为弧形板结构。
上述热管集热器横置、上下排列与储水箱直联,其连接结构是:金属热管3冷凝端通过与承压内胆1固接的内螺纹套管9及与该内螺纹套管9连接的外螺纹空心密封螺母10与承压内胆1固定连接;靠近储水箱一侧的金属热管3蒸发端其上通过密封硅胶圈11装有集热管口盖12,其真空玻璃管4及吸热板5通过该集热管口盖12固定在金属热管3外周。
本实施例所述的承压内胆1中设置有暖气换热器6,暖气换热器6呈U型管状,其两个接口分别与室内供暖管道连接。
使用时,设置在储水箱底部的冷水接口与自来水管道连接,热水接口7与用水管道连接。安装简单,使用方便。
Claims (2)
1.一种阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器,包括储水箱、热管集热器,该热管集热器由真空玻璃管、置于该真空玻璃管内的金属热管和吸热板构成,其特征在于:所述热管集热器横向布置、上下排列与该储水箱直联,其金属热管冷凝端插入该储水箱承压内胆;所述承压内胆中设置有与室内供暖管道连接的暖气换热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳台壁挂整体承压式光暖热水器,其特征在于所述金属热管冷凝端通过与承压内胆固接的内螺纹套管及与该内螺纹套管连接的外螺纹空心密封螺母与承压内胆固定连接;靠近储水箱一侧的金属热管蒸发端其上通过密封硅胶圈装有集热管口盖,所述真空玻璃管及吸热板通过该集热管口盖固定在其金属热管上。
