Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰照明灯具,特别是涉及一种导光LED夹灯。
背景技术
现有的在透明板尤其是玻璃板的装饰照明领域,是将LED单元排布成条带状,然后将该条带状的LED灯设置于玻璃板的一侧,使得对放置于玻璃板上的物体进行指示性照明。由于该LED单元直接贴近玻璃板设置,使得从玻璃板一侧形成间隔的点状的出光,并由于单颗LED单元的发光较集中,相对于装饰照明或者指示性照明,亮度较大,会形成刺眼的强光。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种导光LED夹灯,该灯出射光线均匀,便于灯具的安装使用及生产组装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的一种大功率LED条灯,包括夹壳、LED单元及连接件。该导光LED夹灯还包括有导光棒,该导光棒大致呈圆柱状,LED单元设置于导光棒端部,连接件与LED单元电连接以提供电能,夹壳呈U形,LED单元与导光棒设置于夹壳内,LED单元发出的光线经导光棒端部导入导光棒内,光线经导光棒从夹壳的开口处出射。
该导光LED夹灯还包括一电路板,电路板设置于导光棒下方并容置于夹壳内,两个LED单元分别设置于电路板两端,导光棒设置于两LED单元之间。夹壳两侧壁下部两侧开设有插槽,夹壳左右两侧的夹持壁向内斜靠,夹持壁内侧前部向内凸伸有若干条相互平行的凸肋,电路板插设于插槽内。电路板电路板呈长条形,在电路板中部开设有穿插孔,一支撑件插接于穿插孔内,导光棒承载于支撑件上。该左右固定座成横向中空状,左、右固定座套设于导光棒两端,LED单元收容于左、右固定座内

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、结构特征、所实现的目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1至图3,该导光LED夹灯100主要包括夹壳10、发光件20、导光棒30及连接件40。该发光件20用于提供光源,导光棒30及发光件20装设于呈U形的夹壳10内,连接件40与发光件20电连接,发光件20发出的光源经导光棒30从夹壳10的上出口投射出。
该夹壳10横截面呈U形状,其上端向外开口,夹壳10两侧壁下部两侧开设有插槽11,夹壳10左右两侧的夹持壁13向内斜靠。夹持壁13内侧前部向内凸伸有若干条相互平行的凸肋14,夹壳10的底部向下形成凹槽12。发光件20包括电路板22及焊接并与电路板22连接的两个LED单元21,LED单元21分别设置于电路板22的两端。电路板22呈长条形,其中部开设有穿插孔23,用于该支撑件25插接于电路板22上。连接件40有插头及与插头电连接的导线组成,该导线与电路板22电连接。该导光棒30呈圆柱状,其下部向下凸伸成有肋条状部分,该导光棒30由有机材质制成或者由玻璃材质制成或者由有机材质包裹玻璃材质而成。左、右固定座51、52成横向中空状,左、右固定座51、52套设于导光棒30两端,并且LED单元21收容于左、右固定座51、52内,点亮的LED单元21发出的光线直接导入导光棒30的两端。本实施例中的电路板可以是硬质电路板或者是柔性电路板的一种。
该导光LED夹灯100的组装过程如下:将两个LED单元21焊接于电路板22的两端,并将连接件40焊接与电路板22的一端,支撑件25部分穿过设置于电路板22的穿插孔23内,将左、右固定座51、52套设于导光棒30的两端,并将LED单元21的发光头部分容设于左、右固定座51、52内,导光棒30承载于支撑件25上;将电路板22穿设于插槽11内,并将其他设置于电路板22上的器件设置于夹壳10内。
LED单元21点亮后发光,光线经导光棒30的两端面进入导光棒30,光线在导光棒30内经反射后从夹壳10的出口出射。该导光LED夹灯100夹设于玻璃板或者其他由透光材质制成的板状物上,夹持臂13向外张开,凸肋14紧扣该玻璃板上,该导光LED夹灯100出射光线均匀,使得放置于玻璃板上的物件受光均匀,并且从玻璃板另一端平视时会呈一条均匀的亮带。
在具体应用中,为提高光效,在LED单元21与导光棒30的端面之间设置透镜,使得LED单元21发出的光线平行导入该导光棒30内;该电路板并不是连接LED单元21的唯一方式,也可以采用导线连接LED单元21以供电;LED单元21能只设置于导光棒30的一端并且仅设置一个LED单元21;为进一步提高亮度,能通过透镜将多个LED单元21发出的光线汇聚于导光棒30的一端。
综上所述,本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于上述实施例,至于本说明书中所述组件数目的改变或等效组件的代替等仍都应属于本实用新型的权利范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种导光LED夹灯,包括夹壳、LED单元及连接件,其特征在于:该导光LED夹灯进一步包括有导光棒,该导光棒大致呈圆柱状,LED单元设置于导光棒端部,连接件于LED单元电连接以提供电能,夹壳呈U形,LED单元与导光棒设置于夹壳内,LED单元发出的光线经导光棒端部导入导光棒内,光线经导光棒从夹壳的开口处出射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光LED夹灯,其特征是:该导光LED夹灯进一步包括一电路板,电路板设置于导光棒下方并容置于夹壳内,两个LED单元分别设置于电路板两端,导光棒设置于两LED单元之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导光LED夹灯,其特征是:夹壳两侧壁下部两侧开设有插槽,夹壳左右两侧的夹持壁向内斜靠,夹持壁内侧前部向内凸伸有若干条相互平行的凸肋,电路板插设于插槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导光LED夹灯,其特征是:该导光LED夹灯进一步包括一支撑件,电路板电路板呈长条形,在电路板中部开设有穿插孔,该支撑件插接于穿插孔内,导光棒承载于支撑件上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导光LED夹灯,其特征是:该导光LED夹灯进一步包括有左、右固定座,该左右固定座成横向中空状,左、右固定座套设于导光棒两端,LED单元收容于左、右固定座内。
