背景技术  车桥是汽车和工程机械上的重要零部件之一，其车桥的结构特点是：由车桥壳体和半轴套管组成，半轴套管分别连接在车桥壳体的两端，在车桥壳体的两端还设置有与制动器连接的端头法兰，在车桥壳体的中部为安装减速器的直口。目前，市场上公开了这样一种加工方法：先加匚车桥壳体一端内孔，然后调头加工另一端内孔，最后加工安装减速器的直口，其车桥壳体两端内孔的同轴度较难保证，同样也不易确保车桥直口与两端内孔的垂直度，另外，该加工方法工作效率低。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作效率高，能确保加工质量的三头镗床。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型三头镗床，由机座、滑轨、动力头和滑台组成，在呈T字状的机座上设置有滑轨，三个动力头分别通过滑台与滑轨滑动连接。
在中心线同在一直线的两个滑台之间的机座上设置有工作台，工作台的中心线与两个滑台的中心线重合。
采用这种结构后，由于只需一次装夹，本实用新型就可实现同时对车桥两端内孔和直口进行加工，一方面确保了两端内孔的同轴度和车桥直口与两端内孔的垂直度，另一方面，进一步提高了工作效率，减轻了工人劳动强度，从而达到效率高、质量好的目的。
