一种可以装多支过滤元件的芯式过滤装置用玻璃钢压力容器。其通过卡环组件将端板固定在压力壳体上组成压力容器，压力容器内部通过卡环固定有花板，端板与压力壳体、花板密与压力壳体之间采用密封胶圈密封。其中，压力壳体由玻璃钢制作，端板、花板由塑料制作，这种新型的芯式过滤装置用玻璃钢压力容解决了腐蚀问题，不会对水质造成污染，使用寿命长，维护费用低。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种可以装多支过滤元件的芯式过滤装置用玻璃钢压力容器。
背景技术：
芯式过滤是水工业新生的一项技术，将多支过滤元件装在一个容器内，形成一个过滤器组件，组件内的过滤元件可定期更换。目前，芯式过滤装置用的压力容器为不锈钢制造。不锈钢容器适用的水质范围窄，容易腐蚀，影响水质，使用寿命短，维护费用。因此，解决上述诸多问题已成为急需。
实用新型的内容：
克服现有技术的不足，设计一种芯式过滤装置用玻璃钢压力容器。其通过卡环组件将端板固定在压力壳体上组成压力容器，压力容器内部通过卡环固定有花板，端板与压力壳体、花板密与压力壳体之间采用密封胶圈密封。其中，压力壳体由玻璃钢制作，端板、花板由塑料制作，这种新型的芯式过滤装置用玻璃钢压力容解决了腐蚀问题，不会对水质造成污染，使用寿命长，维护费用低。
工作原理：
如图1所示，具有一定压力的原水经由原水进口12进入到玻璃钢压力壳体1内，充满花板4与上端板3之间，在压力的作用下经过滤芯19过滤；过滤后的净水进入滤芯19的中心孔，通过花板4上的密封接口15进入到花板4与下端板2之间的净水区，经由净水出口13产出，达到将原水净化的效果。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，1为玻璃钢压力壳体；2为下端板；3为上端板；4为花板；5为压紧板；6为下端板密封胶圈；7为上端板密封胶圈；8为花板密封胶圈；9为下端板卡环组件；10为上端板卡环组件；11为花板卡环；12为原水进口；13为净水出口；14为排污口；15为I型滤芯密封接口；16为II型滤芯密封接口；17为定位杆；18为定位杆螺母；19为滤芯。
玻璃钢压力壳体1上胶接原水进口12与净水出口13，原水进口12与净水出口13上带有维多利亚卡箍槽；花板4上安装有密封胶圈8，由花板卡环11固定在玻璃钢压力壳体1中；定位杆17一端通过螺纹安装到花板4上，若干滤芯19一端通过I型滤芯密封接口15安装到花板4上，另一端通过I I型滤芯密封接口16连接到压紧板上；定位杆另一端穿过压紧板5上的定位孔，用定位杆螺母18紧固滤芯束，使其固定在花板与压紧板之间；下端板2上安装有密封胶圈6，由下端板卡环组件9固定在玻璃钢压力壳体1上；上端板3上安装有密封胶圈7，由上端板卡环组件10固定在玻璃钢压力壳体1上。
