本实用新型涉及一种设施农业的保温装置,尤其是涉及一种内置保温装置的新型的保温日光温室。
背景技术
目前国际国内设施农业的保温系统都采用外置式,保温材料多采用棉质或纸质保温被、草苫等,这种保温系统的运行采用机械和手工两种方式,机械运行对日光温室结构的要求较高,手工运行则成本较高。外置式保温系统对风沙雨雪等自然灾害的抵御能力较弱,同时系统的运行对外扣膜直接磨损、玷污,严重影响采光和保温。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构独特、采用的内置保温装置、提高透光性保温性并能及延长其使用寿命的新型的保温日光温室。
本实用新型通过如下方式实现:
一种新型的保温日光温室,它包括棚体,其特征在于:在该棚体内朝阳处的顶部设有一由上部弧架、下部弧架和位于二者之间的中部支架组装而成保温支撑架,该保温支撑架内配合有卷轴,卷轴上配合有卷帘机,卷帘机上配合有保温被;
所述保温被是由EPE保温棉、镀铝膜和防老化膜复合制成;
所述上部弧架、下部弧架和中部支架的形状与所述棚体顶部的形状相同。
本实用新型有如下效果:
1)结构独特:本实用新型提供的装置它包括棚体,其特征在于:在该棚体内朝阳处的顶部设有一由上部弧架、下部弧架和位于二者之间的中部支架组装而成保温支撑架,该保温支撑架内配合有卷轴,卷轴上配合有卷帘机,卷帘机上配合有保温被,将整个保温装置内置,结构非常独特。
2)本实用新型日光温室内置保温系统使的日光温室不但免受风沙雨雪自然灾害的侵害,而且采用机械化且不受日光温室结构的影响,由于内置保温系统不与外扣膜的接触,可使外扣膜充分发挥透光性、保温性及延长其使用寿命。
3)本实用新型提供的装置保温被是由EPE保温棉、镀铝膜和防老化膜复合制成,因而质量轻、寿命长、符合环保要求,可使日光温室增温2-5摄氏度,提高作物产量5%-10%,提早上市5-10天。

具体实施方式
一种新型的保温目光温室,它包括棚体8,如图1所示:在该棚体8内朝阳处的顶部设有一由上部弧架1、下部弧架2和位于二者之间的中部支架3组装而成保温支撑架4,该保温支撑架4内配合有卷轴5,卷轴5上配合有卷帘机6,卷帘机6上配合有保温被7。
上述保温被7是由EPE保温棉、镀铝膜和防老化膜复合制成。
上述上部弧架1、下部弧架2和中部支架3的形状与所述棚体1顶部的形状相同。

1.一种新型的保温日光温室,它包括棚体(8),其特征在于:在该棚体(8)内朝阳处的顶部设有一由上部弧架(1)、下部弧架(2)和位于二者之间的中部支架(3)组装而成保温支撑架(4),该保温支撑架(4)内配合有卷轴(5),卷轴(5)上配合有卷帘机(6),卷帘机(6)上配合有保温被(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型的保温日光温室,其特征在于:所述保温被(7)是由EPE保温棉、镀铝膜和防老化膜复合制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型的保温日光温室,其特征在于:所述上部弧架(1)、下部弧架(2)和中部支架(3)的形状与所述棚体(1)顶部的形状相同。
