本实用新型涉及一种接线盒,尤其是涉及一种防水的太阳能接线盒。
背景技术
太阳能接线盒是太阳能电池与蓄电池或者控制器之间的一种连接装置。现有的太阳能接线盒包括上盖和底座,上盖与底座有时候连接不够紧密很容易漏水,影响里面的电器元件的工作。有的时候上盖还会从底座上掉落,将电线与电器元件裸露在外,很容易发生安全隐患。有的太阳能接线盒采用螺纹的形式锁紧,这样的情况锁紧是很繁琐的,不容易操作。
发明内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种不漏水、不容易脱落而且安装方便的太阳能接线盒。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种防水太阳能接线盒,包括上盖和底座,所述上盖和底座采用过盈配合。
为了使太阳能接线盒不容易掉落并且安装方便快捷,所述上盖上有卡榫,所述底座上有卡榫孔。
为了能够连接紧密并且能够防水,所述上盖采用软胶成型。
为了减小上盖的周边的应力,所述的上盖周边开有应力槽。
由于采用上述方案,本实用新型的优点是:采用软胶成型的上盖,并且上盖与底座过盈配合,通过压缩上盖来达到防水的效果;运用卡榫与卡榫孔,能够防止上盖掉落,安装起来比螺纹更加方便快捷;且能够达到与密封圈防水相同的效果。

如图1、图2所示一种防水太阳能接线盒,包括上盖1和底座2,所述上盖1和底座2采用过盈配合,使上盖1与底座2结合牢固,通过压缩上盖1来达到防水效果。所述上盖1上有卡榫3,所述底座2上有卡榫孔5,通过将上盖1中的卡榫3压进底座2中的卡榫孔5使防水太阳能接线盒卡住,使其不容易掉落,并且和螺纹连接的相比较更方便快捷。所述上盖1采用软胶成型,软胶可以一次成型方便快捷,可以大量生产,通过软胶本身的性能也可以达到防水的效果。所述的上盖1周边开有应力槽4,应力槽4的作用是减少应力的分布,有效的防止了因为应力的原因可能导致局部收缩而出现漏水的现象。
