本实用新型公开了一种高温熔盐泵。它包括泵壳(1)、泵盖(2)、底座(3)、泵轴(4)以及叶轮,所述泵壳(1)内采用首级叶轮(5)和次级叶轮(6)的二级叶轮串联结构,首级叶轮(5)和次级叶轮(6)间以及次级叶轮(6)至出口(7)设置空间导叶(8),出口(7)至底座(3)间以中间接管(9)联接。本实用新型采用的二级叶轮串联结构,能够减小熔盐罐的开孔尺寸;另外,泵的出口至底座间以中间接管联接,即只采用一根管子,不会产生热膨胀涨力,保护液下轴承不至产生偏磨现象,延长了液下轴承的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种泵,尤其是涉及一种高温熔盐泵。
背景技术
高温熔盐泵为立式液下泵结构,主要应用于生产氧化铝、三聚氰胺、离子膜烧碱等工业部门,输送介质为高温熔盐,熔盐为NaNo37%、NaNO240%以及KNO353%混合,温度在450℃左右。目前,对于高温熔盐泵的结构,当泵的扬程大于60m时,熔盐罐的开孔尺寸设计得比较大;另外,由于分别采用了出口管和中间接管相联接,出口管和中间接管之间的温差,造成二管之间的热膨胀不一致,从而产生涨力,特别是液下轴承的涨力,致使液下轴承产生偏磨,缩短了液下轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够减小熔盐罐开孔尺寸的高温熔盐泵。
本实用新型所需要解决的问题是通过如下的技术方案实现的:它包括泵壳、泵盖、底座、泵轴以及叶轮,所述泵壳内采用首级叶轮和次级叶轮的二级叶轮串联结构,首级叶轮和次级叶轮间以及次级叶轮至出口设置空间导叶,出口至底座间以中间接管联接。
本实用新型采用的二级叶轮串联结构,能够减小熔盐罐的开孔尺寸;另外,泵的出口至底座间以中间接管联接,即只采用一根管子,不会产生热膨胀涨力,保护液下轴承不至产生偏磨现象,延长了液下轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
由附图可知,该高温熔盐泵包括泵壳1、泵盖2、底座3、泵轴4以及叶轮,所述泵壳1内采用首级叶轮5和次级叶轮6的二级叶轮串联结构,首级叶轮5和次级叶轮6间以及次级叶轮6至出口7设置空间导叶8,出口7至底座3间以中间接管9联接。空间导叶分别安装在二级叶轮的上方,泵壳与泵盖紧固联接,中间接管套装在泵轴外,并以螺栓紧固在泵壳与底座上。工作时,液体介质从泵盖2处吸入,流经二级叶轮,从叶轮径向圆周方向流出,经空间导叶轴向流入中间接管9与泵轴4之间,最后从出液管10流出。

1.一种高温熔盐泵,包括泵壳、泵盖、底座、泵轴以及叶轮,其特征在于所述泵壳内采用首级叶轮和次级叶轮的二级叶轮串联结构,首级叶轮和次级叶轮间以及次级叶轮至出口设置空间导叶,出口至底座间以中间接管联接。
