背景技术
在机械制造领域,例如航空供氧系统研制中,在零件圆弧面上安装带弹性钢球机构的结构很多,为了防止钢球脱出,安装后需要对安装孔进行收口操作。现有的收口方法是:使用冲头沿安装孔周边进行冲切,使安装孔端口产生变形。其缺点是:第一、需要进行多次冲切操作,工作效率低;第二、冲切的位置精度很差,容易因操作失误导致零件报废;第三、由于多次冲切操作均为手工操作,安装孔端口产生的变形量无法准确控制,影响收口质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提出一种能够保证收口质量、提高工作效率、防止零件报废的用于零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构收口工具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构收口工具,其特征在于,它是一根圆轴1,在圆轴1的下端面有一个中心盲孔1a,该中心盲孔1a孔壁下端的内外表面为锥面,使中心盲孔1a孔壁下端的截面为楔形1b;中心盲孔1a孔壁下端楔形1b的楔尖部分的直径D=d+4~8mm,d是零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构安装孔的直径。
本实用新型的优点是:只要操作一次就能完成收口,保证了收口质量,提高了工作效率,防止了零件报废。试验证明,采用本实用新型进行收口,在保证收口质量的前提下,工作效率提高了10倍以上。

本实用新型的工作原理是:根据零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构安装孔的直径d选择合适的收口工具1,将收口工具垂直放置于需要收口的零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构的安装孔位置上,通过压床下压收口工具1的上表面使零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构安装孔端口部位产生向内的变形,达到收口的目的,可以通过压床下压收口工具的距离长短来比较精确地调整零件圆弧面上弹性钢球机构安装孔端口部位的变形量。
