背景技术
目前的轧机用导板盒采用整体结构设计,轧件通过导板盒内侧槽体进入轧机,所以导板盒内侧槽体极易被磨损,当导板盒磨损严重,对下孔进钢产生不利因素,使产品表面产生轧痕,影响了产品质量,更换整体的导板盒成本高,更换一个导板盒约30-40分钟,加大了工人劳动强度,制约了生产。

本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种结构简单,拆装方便的轧机插板式导板盒。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
轧机插板式导板盒,包括导板盒母体和插板,导板盒母体内侧槽体的两侧安装插板。
所述的导板盒母体内侧槽体的两侧设有燕尾槽,插板上设有与燕尾槽相对应的凸起,插板与导板盒母体通过插装的方式连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型结构简单,拆装方便,使用时只需更换磨损的插板即可,减少了整体导板盒的更换次数,延长了导板盒的使用寿命,降低了设备成本。
2、本实用新型插板便于更换,改善了出钢及进钢的咬入条件,降低了轧痕废品率,极大的满足了钢轨表面质量要求。

具体实施方式
轧机插板式导板盒,如图1~图3所示,包括导板盒母体1和插板3,导板盒母体1内侧槽体的两侧设有燕尾槽,如图4、图5所示,插板3上设有与燕尾槽相对应的凸起2,插板3与导板盒母体1通过插装的方式连接。燕尾槽与插板凸起2的配合间隙小于5mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机插板式导板盒,其特征在于,所述的导板盒母体内侧槽体的两侧设有燕尾槽,插板上设有与燕尾槽相对应的凸起,插板与导板盒母体通过插装的方式连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轧机插板式导板盒,其特征在于,所述的燕尾槽与插板凸起的配合间隙小于5mm。
