本实用新型涉及一种220kV弹簧机构断路器检修孔防雨盖装置。
背景技术
为实现220kV断路器检修的方便性，在断路器底部有一个检修孔，目的是为了便于检修。检修孔门采用了盖装结构，孔门向下开，检修孔周围无挡雨措施，雨天时雨水沿机构箱外壁很容易流入检修孔，导致断路器箱底部积水。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便检修，同时保证雨天防雨效果的220kV弹簧机构断路器检修孔防雨盖装置。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型由设置在断路器机构箱体下端检修孔上的检修孔盖以及和断路器机构箱体固定连接的设置在检修孔周边的环状挡雨屏构成，所述的检修孔盖上的凸台嵌置在检修孔内，凸台周边设置有密封圈，检修孔盖通过门锁与断路器机构箱体固定连接。

本实用新型的有益效果：
使用本实用新型220kV弹簧机构断路器检修孔防雨盖装置由于设置了挡雨屏，并且采用检修孔盖嵌置在检修孔内，保证了雨天时雨水不再沿挡雨屏外壁进入机构，从机构箱其他地方进的雨水也会从排水孔流出，不会在机构箱底部积存，起到了较好的防雨的目的，本实用新型同时保留了原厂的检修孔，能够实现检修的方便性，保证了断路器的正常运行。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本实用新型220kV弹簧机构断路器检修孔防雨盖和挡雨屏。安装时利用原厂的检修孔，安装了具有梯形结构的防雨盖即检修孔盖3嵌置在检修孔内，并在检修孔盖3上的凸台周边设置有密封圈2，加装了挡雨屏6，这样，不破坏原机构整体的结构，保留了原有的检修孔，保证了检修时的便捷性；雨天时挡雨屏6能较好地阻挡沿机构箱流下的雨水，检修孔盖3的阶梯形结构也能有效起到防雨的目的。另外，从机构箱其他地方进的雨水也会从排水孔5流出，不会在机构箱底部积存。

1.一种220kV弹簧机构断路器检修孔防雨盖装置，其特征在于其由设置在断路器机构箱体(1)下端检修孔上的检修孔盖(3)以及和断路器机构箱体(1)固定连接的设置在检修孔周边的环状挡雨屏(6)构成，所述的检修孔盖(3)上的凸台嵌置在检修孔内，凸台周边设置有密封圈(2)，检修孔盖(3)通过门锁(4)与断路器机构箱体(1)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种220kV弹簧机构断路器检修孔防雨盖装置，其特征在于在检修孔盖(3)上设置有排水孔(5)。
