Abstract

背景技术：
金属踢脚板，尤其是不锈钢踢脚板，广泛应用于建筑装潢工程中。矩形的金属踢脚板沿建筑物的墙角方向设置，其板面垂直于地板平面。现有技术中，为了使金属踢脚板在空间中产生一定的构造厚度，同时又节约材料，在金属踢脚板的上下侧向后设置有折边，在板的后侧焊接连接座，连接座中设置有螺栓或者螺栓孔，通过螺纹紧固件与建筑物墙体固定。但是，连接座的焊接过程中，焊接热量会在焊接点位置的金属踢脚板正面造成变形，影响成品质量。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的金属踢脚板，所述的这种改进的金属踢脚板要解决现有技术中金属踢脚板焊接点位置热变形的技术问题。
本实用新型的这种改进的金属踢脚板由矩形的金属板构成，所述的金属板的上侧和下侧均向后设置有折边，所述的上侧的折边与下侧的折边的宽度相等，上侧的折边与下侧的折边的长度相等，金属板的后侧设置有一个以上数目的连接座，任意一个所述的连接座中均设置有螺栓或者螺栓连接孔，其中，任意一个所述的连接座的上侧和下侧均设置有固定脚，连接座上侧的固定脚与金属板的上侧折边焊接固定，连接座下侧的固定脚与金属板的下侧折边焊接固定。
进一步的，任意一个所述的连接座的上侧和下侧均设置有两个固定脚。
本实用新型的工作原理是：连接座通过固定脚与金属板的折边焊接，金属踢脚板的正面不再产生焊接变形点。

进一步的，任意一个所述的连接座3的上侧和下侧均设置有两个固定脚5。
本实施例的工作过程是：连接座3通过固定脚5与金属板1的折边2焊接，金属踢脚板的正面不再产生焊接变形点。

1.一种改进的金属踢脚板，由矩形的金属板构成，所述的金属板的上侧和下侧均向后设置有折边，所述的上侧的折边与下侧的折边的宽度相等，上侧的折边与下侧的折边的长度相等，金属板的后侧设置有一个以上数目的连接座，任意一个所述的连接座中均设置有螺栓或者螺栓连接孔，其特征在于：任意一个所述的连接座的上侧和下侧均设置有固定脚，连接座上侧的固定脚与金属板的上侧折边焊接固定，连接座下侧的固定脚与金属板的下侧折边焊接固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进的金属踢脚板，其特征在于：任意一个所述的连接座的上侧和下侧均设置有两个固定脚。
