一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及耐火砖,特别是轧钢生产中用的一种新型穿带砖。 
二、背景技术
穿带砖是一种耐火材料预制件,通常在轧钢生产中用于对轧钢工艺品中半成品钢材的运输,但是现有穿带砖结构上存在的问题,穿带砖在运输中固定性、承重和保温作用比较差,不能达到使用要求,而且耐高温、耐磨、体积稳定性上都有一定程度的问题。因此,穿带砖的改进和创新为业内所关心。 
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述问题提供了一种新型穿带砖,可有效解决现有穿带砖在运输中固定性、承重和保温作用差及耐高温、耐磨,体积稳定性上存在的问题。 
本实用新型解决的技术方案是,包括安装面、砖体、拉钢槽,安装面呈斜面,位于砖体一端下面,拉钢槽呈斜面凹形,位于安装面同端的砖体上部,砖体的另一端中部装有定位钢管。 
本实用新型结构简单,新颖独特,具有耐高温、耐磨、体积稳定性好的优点,可有效保证穿带砖在运输中稳定、承重和保温效果好的问题,节能环保,有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

五、具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作出具体说明。 
由图1-3所示,本实用新型包括安装面、砖体、拉钢槽,安装面5呈斜面,位于砖体1一端下面,拉钢槽2呈斜面凹形,位于安装面同端的砖体上部,砖体1的另一端中部装有定位钢管4。 
为了保证使用效果,所说的拉钢槽一端有大于拉钢槽宽度的坡面口3。 
本实用新型在使用时,上百块砖拼成一线,其凹槽部分用于轧钢工艺中半成品钢材运输、固定、承重和保温作用。由于砖体一端有定位钢管,另一端有起定位作用的安装面,由于它们在轧钢工艺生产中同其它的设备相配用,上百块砖拼成一线后,在用于轧钢工艺钢材半成品的运输中,固定、承重和保温效果非常好,耐高温、耐磨、体积稳定性好,充分保证了轧钢工艺生产的顺利进行,提高生产效率,节约能源,无环境污染,是轧钢工艺中用穿带砖的创新。

1.一种新型穿带砖,包括安装面、砖体、拉钢槽,其特征在于,安装面(5)呈斜面,位于砖体(1)一端下面,拉钢槽(2)呈斜面凹形,位于安装面同端的砖体上部,砖体(1)的另一端中部装有定位钢管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型穿带砖,其特征在于,所说的拉钢槽一端有大于拉钢槽宽度的坡面口(3)。
