本实用新型涉及一种桥梁钻孔灌注桩吊篮扩孔器。
技术背景
目前在一些桥梁钻孔桩施工中如果采用冲击钻钻孔,如遇到缩孔等现象,就只好换上大直径的钻头,从孔口重新开始冲击,这样需要消耗更多的时间及各种费用。
发明内容
本实用新型目的就是克服上述现有的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低、可节约施工时间的桥梁钻孔灌注桩吊篮扩孔器。
本实用新型包括平衡吊绳、吊兰骨架和铁丝网。吊兰骨架为水桶状,上下端口均为圆形,上端口直径大于下端口,均由钢材制成;平衡吊绳为钢丝绳,一共三根且长度相等,一头合并绑扎固定,另外一头均匀布置在吊兰骨架上端口上;铁丝网固定在吊兰骨架上。
在桥梁钻孔成孔后,发现缩孔,需要及时扩孔,先将一根大于孔深4-6米的细钢丝绳拴于平衡吊绳的绑扎处,将它吊进孔内底部,然后将绳子放松3-5米,将冲击钻吊入孔中,冲击十五分钟左右,提起冲击钻和吊兰,将吊兰内掉入的冲击渣物倒出。重复该步骤,直到冲击钻离孔底1.5米左右,将吊兰取出,为防止砸坏吊兰,最后1.5米冲击不需要吊兰。
本实用新型适用于梁钻孔桩扩孔时使用,扩孔时能节约大量施工时间,提高工作效率,且装置结构简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
平衡吊绳1为钢丝绳。铁丝网3为细铁丝编制而成,网格约为1×1厘米。主要作用是防止提起渣物掉落。吊兰骨架是受力的主要部分。吊兰骨架上端口2与下端口4之间距离约50厘米,采用50厘米长的钢筋沿上端口2和下端口4的四周每隔10厘米均匀焊接布置,以进行加固。
