本实用新型公开了一种扫油收集系统,包括储油槽,储油槽上设置有出油管道,储油罐后的出油管道上依次设有出油阀、输油泵,在输油泵后面的出油管道上设置有三通,三通上分别联通有蒸汽管道和出油管道,出油管上设置有阀门,蒸汽管道上设置有蒸汽阀门,在输油泵与蒸汽管道之间设置有扫油槽,扫油槽通过回油管与输油泵和出油阀之间的出油管道连通。采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有以下优点:在储油槽后的出油管道和油泵后的出油管道间组成一回路,过热蒸汽通过油泵后的出油管道、油泵、油泵前的出油管道和回油管,最后进入扫油槽内,从而避免了过热蒸汽进入储油槽而带来的油污染。

本实用新型属于煤焦油化工设备,具体的说是涉及一种扫油收集系统。 
背景技术
在煤焦油化工企业中,在操作倒油时,从储油槽经出油管道和油泵进入到下一工序,一般在用后,再从油泵后面的管道通过入过热蒸汽,将管道内的残留的油回吹到储油槽内,以防油凝固堵塞管道和油泵,这样过热蒸汽和管道内残留的油一起进入到储油槽内,会将水带入到油中,降低油的纯度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述不足提供一种扫油收集系统。 
本实用新型的技术方案是: 
一种扫油收集系统,包括储油槽,储油槽上设置有出油管道,储油罐后的出油管道上依次设有出油阀、输油泵,在输油泵后面的出油管道上设置有三通,三通上分别联通有蒸汽管道和出油管道,出油管上设置有阀门,蒸汽管道上设置有蒸汽阀门,在输油泵与蒸汽管道之间设置有扫油槽,扫油槽通过回油管与输油泵和出油阀之间的出油管道连通。 
上述扫油收集系统,所述的回油管与出油阀出口处连通。 
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有以下优点:由于在输油泵与蒸汽管道之间设置有扫油槽,扫油槽通过回油管与输油泵和出油阀之间的出油管道连通,这样在储油槽后的出油管道和油泵后的出油管道间组成一回路,过热蒸汽通过油泵后的出油管道、油泵、油泵前的出油管道和回油管,最后进入扫油槽内,从而避免了过热蒸汽进入储油槽而带来的油污染。本实用新型结构简单,可直 接在老管路上加设扫油槽便可实施,即解决了过热蒸汽进入储油槽造成的油污染,又节约了成本。

具体实施方式
如图2所示的一种扫油收集系统,包括储油槽1,储油槽1上设置有出油管道4,储油罐1后的出油管道4上依次设有出油阀2、输油泵3,在输油泵3后面的出油管道4上设置有第一三通7,第一三通7上分别联通有蒸汽管道8和出油管道4,在第一三通7后的出油管道上设置有阀门6,蒸汽管道8上设置有蒸汽阀门5,在输油泵3与蒸汽管道8之间设置有扫油槽11,扫油槽11通过回油管10与输油泵和出油阀之间的出油管道4连通,在回油管10上设置有回油阀门9。 
本实用新型的优选结构是回油管10与出油阀2出口处连通。

1.一种扫油收集系统,包括储油槽,储油槽上设置有出油管道,储油罐后的出油管道上依次设有出油阀、输油泵,在输油泵后面的出油管道上设置有三通,三通上分别联通蒸汽管道和出油管道,出油管上设置有阀门,蒸汽管道上设置有蒸汽阀门,其特征在于:在输油泵与蒸汽管道之间设置有扫油槽,扫油槽通过回油管与输油泵和出油阀之间的出油管道连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扫油收集系统,其特征在于:所述的回油管与出油阀出口处连通。
