Abstract
本实用新型是一种用于软水器的盐度检测装置。包括光发射接收元件(1)、浮子(2)，其中光发射接收元件(1)固定在盐水腔内，且光发射接收元件(1)的一端发射光源，另一端接收光源，光发射接收元件(1)上设有能让浮子(2)穿过的通孔(21)，浮子(2)装设在能沿光发射接收元件(1)所设通孔(11)浮动的位置上。本实用新型由于采用使用光感元件结合浮子实现盐度检测的结构，通过应用了感光元件，浮子的作用是通过切断光的发射与接收即可实现盐度检测。因此，只要保证浮子的密度值以及使用非透明材料制造浮子即可实现盐度检测。本实用新型成本低，简化了浮子的结构，省去复杂的制造工艺，并能更有效地更准确地实现软水器盐度检测的功能，从而保证洗碗机的整体的洗净性能。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种用于软水器的盐度检测装置，属于用于软水器的盐度检测装置的改造技术。
背景技术
软水器应用于洗碗机水流系统，作用是置换出水中的钙镁离子，改善水质，使洗涤剂充分地发挥作用。软水器中的置换介质为树脂，当树脂置换一定量的钙镁离子后，它的置换能力会大大降低，必须使用盐水对其进行再生后才能继续正常地工作。用于再生的盐水需要是饱和的盐水，否则影响再生效果。所以需要对盐水的盐度进行检测，当盐水含盐量较低的时候提醒用户加盐。现有的盐度检测装置使用浮子结合干簧管的结构实现该功能，这种结构对浮子要求比较高，由于浮子里装有磁铁，制造工艺也比较复杂，而且难于保证浮子的使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种能更有效地更准确地实现软水器盐度检测的功能，从而保证了洗碗机的整体的洗净性能的用于软水器的盐度检测装置。本实用新型简化了浮子的结构，省去复杂的制造工艺，并能很好地保证复制的使用要求。
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型用于软水器的盐度检测装置，包括有光发射接收元件、浮子，其中光发射接收元件固定在软水器的盐水腔内，且光发射接收元件的一端发射光源，另一端接收光源，光发射接收元件上设有能让浮子穿过的通孔，浮子装设在能沿光发射接收元件所设通孔浮动的位置上。
上述光发射接收元件固定在盐水腔的内壁上。
上述光发射接收元件还连接有感光电路及显示盐度的加盐警示灯，感光电路加盐警示灯与感光电路连接。
本实用新型由于采用使用光感元件结合浮子实现盐度检测的结构，本实用新型通过应用了感光元件，浮子的作用是通过切断光的发射与接收即可实现盐度检测。当浮子浮起的时候，软水器盐腔的盐水是饱和盐水，感光电路为断路；当浮子下沉的时候，软水器的盐腔是非饱和盐水，浮子为通路，缺盐指示灯亮。因此，只要保证浮子的密度值以及使用非透明材料制造浮子即可实现盐度检测。本实用新型成本低，简化了浮子的结构，省去复杂的制造工艺，并能更有效地更准确地实现软水器盐度检测的功能，从而保证了洗碗机的整体的洗净性能。本实用新型是一种设计巧妙，性能优良，方便实用的用于软水器的盐度检测装置。

具体实施方式
实施例：
本实用新型的结构示意图如图1、2、3、4所示，包括有光发射接收元件1、浮子2，其中光发射接收元件1固定在软水器3的盐水腔内，且光发射接收元件1的一端发射光源，另一端接收光源，光发射接收元件1上设有能让浮子2穿过的通孔21，浮子2装设在能沿光发射接收元件1所设通孔11浮动的位置上。
本实施例中，上述光发射接收元件1固定在盐水腔的内壁上。
上述光发射接收元件1还连接有感光电路及显示盐度的加盐警示灯，感光电路加盐警示灯与感光电路连接。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：当盐水为饱和状态，浮子2的密度小于饱和盐水密度，浮子2向上浮起，进入光发射接收元件1的通孔11，遮住光源，感光电路为断路，加盐警示灯关闭，客户停止加盐。当盐水为不饱和状态，浮子2下降，感光电路为通路，指示缺盐。

1.一种用于软水器的盐度检测装置，其特征在于包括有光发射接收元件(1)、浮子(2)，其中光发射接收元件(1)固定在软水器(3)的盐水腔内，且光发射接收元件(1)的一端发射光源，另一端接收光源，光发射接收元件(1)上设有能让浮子(2)穿过的通孔(21)，浮子(2)装设在能沿光发射接收元件(1)所设通孔(11)浮动的位置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于软水器的盐度检测装置，其特征在于上述光发射接收元件(1)固定在盐水腔的内壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于软水器的盐度检测装置，其特征在于上述光发射接收元件(1)还连接有感光电路及显示盐度的加盐警示灯，感光电路加盐警示灯与感光电路连接。
