本实用新型涉及一种铝塑中空板，主要用于广告标志牌、展示牌、建筑幕墙、室内墙面等装饰装修。所述铝塑中空板由中间PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板(2)和上、下涂层铝板(1)复合而成，所述PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板(2)由上、下面板(2.1)以及连接在上、下面板(2.1)之间的等间距设置的多个加强壁(2.2)组成，所述涂层铝板(1)由铝板(1.1)以及涂覆于铝板(1.1)表面的聚酯或氟碳涂层(1.2)组成。本实用新型采用的PP聚丙烯塑料密度小，中空基板是空心结构，不仅重量轻，表面抗压、耐折弯能力强，而且还降低成本，隔热保温降噪性能优异。同时还具有外形平整、防潮无毒、耐油污和化学药品腐蚀的特性。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铝塑中空板。主要用于广告标志牌、展示牌、建筑幕墙、室内墙面等装饰装修。属于装饰材料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
目前，建筑幕墙、室内外装饰装修以及广告标志所用材料多数采用铝塑复合板。传统的铝塑复合板耐候性好，强度高，物理性能优异，但是重量重，成本高，隔热保温降噪性能不够理想；而户外广告标志使用的普通软质材料板，其坚硬强度不够，容易变形，使用起来效果不好。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种重量轻、抗弯强度高、成本低的铝塑中空板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种铝塑中空板，由中间PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板和上、下涂层铝板复合而成，所述PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板由上、下面板以及连接在上、下面板之间的等间距设置的多个加强壁组成，所述涂层铝板由铝板以及涂覆于铝板表面的聚酯或氟碳涂层组成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型采用的PP聚丙烯塑料密度小，中空基板是空心结构，不仅重量轻，表面抗压、耐折弯能力强，而且还降低成本，隔热保温降噪性能优异。同时还具有外形平整、防潮无毒、耐油污和化学药品腐蚀的特性。

参见图1，图1为本实用新型铝塑中空板的截面结构示意图。由图1可以看出，本实用新型铝塑中空板，由中间PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板2和上、下涂层铝板1复合而成，所述PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板2由上、下面板2.1以及连接在上、下面板2.1之间的等间距设置的多个加强壁2.2组成，加强壁2.2呈横向或者纵向的分布连接在上、下面板2.1之间。其中上下面板2.1与加强壁2.2为一次成型。所述涂层铝板1由铝板1.1以及涂覆于铝板1.1表面的聚酯或氟碳涂层1.2组成。

1.一种铝塑中空板，其特征在于所述铝塑中空板由中间PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板(2)和上、下涂层铝板(1)复合而成，所述PP聚丙烯塑料中空基板(2)由上、下面板(2.1)以及连接在上、下面板(2.1)之间的等间距设置的多个加强壁(2.2)组成，所述涂层铝板(1)由铝板(1.1)以及涂覆于铝板(1.1)表面的聚酯或氟碳涂层(1.2)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑中空板，其特征在于所述加强壁(2.2)呈横向或者纵向的分布连接在上、下面板(2.1)之间。
