背景技术
目前,粗管集成太阳能热水器进水端口都不加任何压力安全装置然而有些地区或高层楼房往往水压超过0.6MPa。当真空集热管水温升高时,真空集热管内的压力就会长期处在0.8MPa以上,在此状态下,真空集热管很容易因承受压力过大,造成破管现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带压力平衡阀的粗管集成太阳能热水器,它能够使太阳能热水器的进水端的压力控制在0.3MPa并且在压力超过0.5MPa时自动泄压。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在粗管集成太阳能热水器的进水端管路上串接上一个平衡阀。
由于采用了上述方案,使粗管集成太阳能热水器真空集热管内的压力恒定在0.3MPa,从而避免了因压力过大而造成的破管现象。
