本实用新型涉及一种连接件,特别是一种支吊架钢梁夹。
背景技术
现有的支吊架与生根型钢之间普遍采用焊接方式连接,不仅施工成本较高而且施工时容易造成误差,同时现在的连接结构施工效率较为低下,后期拆卸、维护很不方便。此外,现有的连接结构不容易安装钢梁加强肋,使安装在生根型钢上的钢梁加强肋较不牢固,影响了生根型钢的强度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种支吊架钢梁夹。本实用新型不仅施工成本较低,而且避免了施工时造成的误差,同时本实用新型施工效率较高,拆卸、维护也较方便;此外本实用新型使安装在生根型钢上的钢梁加强肋牢固稳定,提高了生根型钢的强度。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种支吊架钢梁夹,包括一对夹紧生根钢梁的夹梁体,夹梁体下部开设有通孔,通孔中穿设有将夹梁体和支吊架固定在一起用的的螺栓。
上述的连接件中,所述的夹梁体的上部开设有与钢梁加强肋配合的肋槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型上部夹紧生根型钢,下部与支吊架螺栓连接,不仅施工成本较低,而且避免了施工时造成的误差;同时本实用新型施工效率较高,拆卸、维护也较方便。此外,本实用新型的夹梁体上部开设有肋槽,使安装在生根型钢上的钢梁加强肋牢固稳定,提高了生根型钢的强度。

实施例。支吊架钢梁夹,构成如图1和图2所示,包括一对夹紧生根钢梁1的夹梁体2,夹梁体2下部开设有通孔3,通孔3中穿设有将夹梁体2和支吊架4固定在一起用的螺栓5;夹梁体2的上部开设有与钢梁加强肋6配合的肋槽7。本实用新型使用方法如图3所示,夹梁体2的上部卡住生根钢梁1的下部,通过螺栓5将夹梁体2和支吊架4固定在一起,将钢梁加强肋6下部卡进肋槽7并固定在生根钢梁1上,既方便了钢梁加强肋6的安装,又使增加了钢梁加强肋6的牢固性和稳定性,从而提高了生根钢梁1的刚度,使结构更安全可靠。

1.一种支吊架钢梁夹,其特征在于:包括一对夹紧生根钢梁(1)的夹梁体(2),夹梁体(2)下部开设有通孔(3),通孔(3)中穿设有将夹梁体(2)和支吊架(4)固定在一起用的螺栓(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支吊架钢梁夹,其特征在于:所述的夹梁体(2)的上部开设有与钢梁加强肋(6)配合的肋槽(7)。
