技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种排气结构，尤其是陶瓷模具的边框横向排气结构。
背景技术  陶瓷模具是生产、制造陶瓷的重要设备。陶瓷模具包含边框、模芯等结构，其中，模芯直接确定陶瓷的正、反面形状，因此，是生产、制造陶瓷的关键设备。模芯分为上模芯和下模芯，均由金属板体和塑胶面通过粘接构成。生产过程中，上模芯和下模芯的塑胶面上下相对，确定陶瓷的正、反面形状。而普通的上模芯和下模芯在挤压粉料时排出内部的空气不即时，容易造成空心瓷砖。
中国专利CN2477339号所公开的“陶瓷砖排气冲模”专利(申请号：01231733.0)，在冲模的工作面上设置有细微的排气孔、排气缝或微孔板；在砖坯成型时，从粉料中挤出的气体可直接从排气缝隙中再经过排气道排出。该项专利的不足之处在于：粉料容易从排气孔、排气缝或微孔板中排出，进而排气孔、排气缝或微孔板杜塞而失去排气功能。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种结构简单的陶瓷模具的边框横向排气结构，在解决排气问题时，避免粉料堵塞。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提供的陶瓷模具的边框横向排气结构具有边框、横向排气孔、空心导气管和布料，其中，横向排气孔位于边框内，与瓷砖胚体处于同一水平位置；空心导气管和布料安置在横向排气孔内，空心导气管指向边框内瓷砖胚体的一端为金属网孔，布料覆盖在空心导气管金属网孔外。当本实用新型使用时，上模芯和下模芯在将瓷砖胚体挤压成型的过程中，粉料中挤出的气体通过横向排气孔、布料和布料依次排出，最终排出边框外。
