一种吻合机构,包括支架(1)、抵钉座(2)、钉仓(3)和推钉片(4),抵钉座(2)、钉仓(3)和推钉片(4)均固定安装在支架(1)上,且低钉座(2)与钉仓(3)相对安装,钉仓(3)的钉槽内装有吻合钉,抵钉座(2)和钉仓(3)的纵截面呈折弯形。本实用新型在操作的时候,可更好的暴露解剖结构,便于骨盆深部操作,医生操作时更顺应自然的生理解剖,在直肠低位前切除中可深入盆底更低的位置。

本实用新型涉及一种手术用的吻合机构,属于手术用的医疗器械领域。
背景技术
消化道吻合器是一种能将多个互相交错排列的缝钉在组织上成直线或弧线钉入的器械,也是被广泛应用替代手工缝合的器械之一。主要用于缝合关闭胃、十二指肠、小肠、结肠的残端。
目前在难以显露术野的情况下,外科医师常常面临许多挑战,如:
①器械很难进入盆腔较低的位置;
②器械会挡住操作视野;
③有时要准备多种器械来适应不同的盆腔结构;
④在低位盆腔内,没有空间进行切割及缝合的操作;
⑤如何降低感染机会,减少组织的创伤等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种便于骨盆深部操作的吻合机构。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种吻合机构,包括支架、抵钉座、钉仓和推钉片,抵钉座、钉仓和推钉片均固定安装在支架上,且抵钉座与钉仓相对安装,钉仓的钉槽内装有吻合钉,抵钉座和钉仓的纵截面呈折弯形。
采用上述技术方案后,由于抵钉座和钉仓的纵截面呈折弯形,这样在使用吻合机构的时候,可更好的暴露解剖结构,便于骨盆深部操作,医生操作时更顺应自然的生理解剖,在直肠低位前切除中可深入盆底更低的位置,即使进入狭小的骨盆。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1~3所示,一种吻合机构,包括支架1、抵钉座2、钉仓3和推钉片4,抵钉座2、钉仓3和推钉片4均固定安装在支架1上,且抵钉座2与钉仓3相对安装,钉仓3的钉槽内装有吻合钉,抵钉座2和钉仓3的纵截面呈折弯形。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
如图2、3所示,由于抵钉座2和钉仓3的纵截面呈折弯形,这样在使用吻合机构的时候,可更好的暴露解剖结构,便于深部操作,医生操作时更顺应自然的生理解剖,在直肠低位前切除中可深入盆底更低的位置,即使进入狭小的骨盆。

1.一种吻合机构,包括支架(1)、抵钉座(2)、钉仓(3)和推钉片(4),抵钉座(2)、钉仓(3)和推钉片(4)均固定安装在支架(1)上,且抵钉座(2)与钉仓(3)相对安装,钉仓(3)的钉槽内装有吻合钉,其特征在于:抵钉座(2)和钉仓(3)的纵截面呈折弯形。
