背景技术
目前，公知的菜板是一块方形或者圆形板，使用时，人一手按压住菜，另一手拿刀切菜。但是，这种结构的菜板存在缺点：切菜时，按压菜的手由于后退不及时，往往被切伤。
发明内容
为了弥补现有的菜板容易切伤手指的不足，本实用新型提供一种菜板，不仅具有普通菜板功能，而且能防止手指被刀切伤。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是：在菜板的侧边上加工两个方槽，在槽中插装一块龙门式立板。有两个方槽的目的是可以调整龙门式立板相对于菜板的位置，以方便使用。龙门式立板在靠近菜板的一侧开有一方形孔，菜可以通过此孔，以让刀切菜，而按压菜的手由于位置较高，却不易通过此孔，再之，龙门式立板的高度按照高于切菜时刀刃抬起的高度设计，从而将手和刀隔离，实现了防切伤的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以防止手指被刀切伤，结构简单，使用简便。

具体实施方式
在附图中，菜板3侧边上加工有两个方槽4，龙门式立板1插装入方槽4。龙门式立板的槽边2的作用是限制刀的最左极限位置，即使偶尔手指越过了方形孔，只要不超过龙门式立板的槽边2的宽度，仍然不会被切到，起到了二重防护作用。
在附图所示的一个实施例中，使用时，手按住菜在龙门式立板1的左侧区域进退，菜穿过龙门式立板1下方的方形孔送入加工区，被刀切碎。切菜时，手指难以通过龙门式立板1下方的方形孔，刀也不可能越过龙门式立板1，从而将手和刀有效隔离，实现了防切伤的目的。
