Abstract
本实用新型涉及太阳能BIPV采暖及照明集成控制系统,连接如下:太阳能电池经太阳能光伏恒压控制器与太阳能光伏恒压电源、控制开关、节能灯连接成回路,太阳能电池经太阳能光伏恒压控制器与另一控制开关、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器、太阳能光伏温度调节器连接成回路,太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器分别与高温点温度传感器和低温点温度传感器相连。本实用新型有效的弥补了传统采暖系统和太阳房采暖系统的环境污染、高能耗、高运行费用等的劣势,可以满足客户对不同温度的要求,同时可以起到更好的调节室内空气流通以及发电等功能且无需支架系统结构,降低建筑能耗,简单适用,能与建筑完美的结合,安装快捷便利,成本低廉。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种采暖及照明集成控制系统,特别涉及一种太阳能光伏建筑一 体化(BIPV)采暖及照明集成控制系统。
背景技术
[0002] 我国2/3以上的国土面积属于严寒和寒冷地区,建筑供暖是保证生存的基本条 件。随着生活水平和居住环境的改善,长江流域等夏热冬冷地区也呈现出冬季采暖的需求。 我国人口众多,能源结构以煤炭为主,建筑用能带来城市冬季严重的环境污染和温室气体 排放。因此,加强清洁能源技术的开发,推广太阳能供热采暖技术对实现城市建设的可持续 发展有着非常重要的意义。太阳能供热采暖是继太阳能热水之后,需要在建筑中推广应用 的又一项太阳能热利用技术。普通的太阳能采暖系统通过太阳能集热器、储热器、管道、风 机和循环泵等设备来收集、储存和输配太阳能转换而得的热量,系统中的各部分均可控制 而达到建筑物所需要的室温。由于这种太阳能采暖系统复杂、初投资和维持费用高,该项技 术在我国一直发展比较缓慢。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型为了克服传统煤炭能源采暖带来的环境污染和温室气体排放,以及普 通太阳能采暖系统的复杂、投入运行费用高等的劣势,而提供一种简单、经济实用,可以照 明且投入和运行费用低的太阳能BI PV采暖及照明集成控制系统。该太阳能BIPV采暖及 照明集成控制系统是在普通的光伏建筑一体化上创新设计而形成的,在设计过程中,选用 不同结构的太阳能电池,调节太阳能光伏温度调节器和太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器,达到 调节室内温度的目的。另外,通过调节太阳能恒压控制电源,在晚间进行室内照明。可根据 客户不同的温度需求,进行调整。本实用新型特别适用于气候寒冷、常规能源比较缺乏的偏 远地区。

[0005] 太阳能BIPV采暖及照明集成控制系统,由太阳能电池、太阳能光伏恒压控制器、 太阳能光伏恒压电源、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器、控制开关、节能灯、太阳能光伏温度调 节器、高温点温度传感器和低温点温度传感器组成,其特征在于:太阳能电池经太阳能光伏 恒压控制器与太阳能光伏恒压电源、控制开关、节能灯连接成回路,太阳能电池经太阳能光 伏恒压控制器与另一控制开关、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器、太阳能光伏温度调节器连接 成回路,太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器分别与高温点温度传感器和低温点温度传感器相连。
[0006] 所述的太阳能电池、太阳能光伏恒压控制器、太阳能光伏恒压电源、太阳能光伏温 度平衡控制器、控制开关、节能灯、太阳能光伏温度调节器、高温点温度传感器和低温点温 度传感器都从市场购买得到。
[0007] 整个系统在冬季能够起到室内温度调节作用,将阳台的热空气通过太阳能光伏温 度调节器送至室内,该系统通过太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器智能控制室内温度,该系统通过太阳能光伏恒压电源和高亮度节能灯储存电能,在晚间进行照明。
[0008] 本实用新型通过在阳台上安装的太阳能电池也就是光电玻璃,达到吸热发电的功 能。太阳能电池将光能转换为电能,再由太阳能光伏恒压控制器将太阳能电池的电能转换 为稳定输出的电能,为太阳能光伏温度调节器和太阳能恒压电源供电;太阳能光伏温度调 节器将阳台光电玻璃吸收的太阳辐射热量送至房间,提升房间的温度,起到温度调节的作 用;通过太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器监控阳台和房间的温度,当阳台和室内的温度达到所 设定值时,控制太阳能光伏温度调节器的开启和关闭;当室内温度和阳台温度平衡时,由太 阳能电池给太阳能恒压电源充电,用于晚间给节能灯提供照明电源。
[0009] 所述的太阳能光伏温度调节器为直流排风扇,由太阳能电池直接供电,并且会根 据太阳辐照强弱进行自动调节,太阳辐照强时,温度调节快,太阳辐照弱时,温度调节慢。
[0010] 太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器由太阳能电池直接供电。太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器 带有智能控制功能,可以根据不同的温度需求进行设置,使用简单,操作方便。

[0015] 如图1所示,太阳能BI PV采暖及照明集成控制系统,由太阳能电池1、太阳能光 伏恒压控制器3、太阳能光伏恒压电源4、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器6、控制开关10、节能 灯5、太阳能光伏温度调节器7、高温点温度传感器8和低温点温度传感器9组成,太阳能电 池1经太阳能光伏恒压控制器3与太阳能光伏恒压电源4、控制开关10、节能灯5连接成回 路,太阳能电池1经太阳能光伏恒压控制器3与另一控制开关9、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制 器6、太阳能光伏温度调节器7连接成回路,太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器6分别与高温点温 度传感器8和低温点温度传感器9相连。所述的太阳能光伏温度调节器7为直流排风扇。 其中将太阳能光伏恒压控制器3、太阳能光伏恒压电源4、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器6安 装在一个控制箱2内。
[0016] 太阳能电池1可以吸收太阳辐照热量,并可以发电,还可以当做建材使用,所有器 件均由太阳能电池提供电源。本实用新型的安装如图2所示。

- 太阳能BIPV采暖及照明集成控制系统,由太阳能电池、太阳能光伏恒压控制器、太阳能光伏恒压电源、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器、控制开关、节能灯、太阳能光伏温度调节器、高温点温度传感器和低温点温度传感器组成,其特征在于:太阳能电池经太阳能光伏恒压控制器与太阳能光伏恒压电源、控制开关、节能灯连接成回路,太阳能电池经太阳能光伏恒压控制器与另一控制开关、太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器、太阳能光伏温度调节器连接成回路,太阳能光伏温度平衡控制器分别与高温点温度传感器和低温点温度传感器相连。
