本实用新型是一种用于吸附设备上阻止吸附物质(如树脂等)的滤帽。
背景技术
现在采用的吸附设备阻止吸附物质(如树脂等)的滤帽均是采用的梯形丝状刚性材料缠绕而成，材质均为不锈钢，虽然具有阻止吸附物质的作用，但由于其结构为刚性的条状缝隙状，在较长的使用过程中，极易发生条状缝隙被细小吸附物质堵塞的现象，从而经常造成吸附设备的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种不易堵塞的新型防堵塞滤帽。
其技术解决方案如下：
新型防堵塞滤帽，采用三层结构：内层2为刚性的孔板圆筒状，具有刚性固定和支撑中间层滤网的作用；中间滤层3为柔性经纬编织的钢网，起过滤作用；外层4为刚性的孔板两半圆筒状，其作用为支撑中间层滤网，以防止滤网的破坏。

具体实施方式
工作状态下物料由进出口1进入滤帽，经过内层2、中间滤层3、外层4流出，其中中间层3起到过滤的作用，由于中间层滤层3为柔性编织的钢网，强度较小，故依靠紧贴在外壁的外层4起到保护作用，防止中间层3的破坏。
反冲状态对吸附物质进行清洗和置换时，反冲液体(如水、碱液、酸液等)经过外层4、中间滤层3、内层2、进出口1流出。此时吸附物质也会一同到达中间层滤层3，由于中间层滤层3采用的是柔性编织的钢网，其过滤缝隙为孔眼状结构且具有很好的弹性，故具有很好的防止堵塞功能，保证了滤帽过滤面积的减少，使之通道畅通，可以有效的保护过滤设备不致损坏。
