Abstract

一种简式曳引抽油机，它是由机架作为抽油机的载体，在机架前面立柱的中心线向上延长线与上平台相交处安装抽油机的电机，在电机两侧曳引轮上绕上钢丝绳，钢丝绳的前端穿过前侧悬绳器上的动滑轮后再系到上平台前侧悬臂处的绳扣上，钢丝绳的后端穿过后侧的配重上的动滑轮后再系到上平台后侧的绳扣上，至此，便形成了曳引抽油机。采用上述技术方案，由于删减了一副导轮，故钢丝绳在每一冲程中少经过了一道导轮，减少一次弯曲疲劳，因此，钢丝绳的寿命延长了25％。由于钢丝绳的寿命延长，不仅节省了成本，同时延长了设备的保养周期。

本实用新型涉及到油田石油机械，特别是新型无游梁式抽油机。
背景技术
近几年来，有一种曳引抽油机在国内不少油田得到推广应用，具有节能、减排、高效等显著特点，特别适用于长冲程、低冲次场合使用，但美中不足的是用于牵引的钢丝绳寿命还不很长，分析其结构，主要是牵引系统中仍有多余的导轮，实践和理论都证明，在钢丝绳运转过程中，多一道轮子就多一道弯曲疲劳，例如原来的钢丝绳在一个冲程中要经过4道轮子，如果精减一道，那么寿命理论上就会延长25％。
发明内容
为了克服上述抽油机钢丝绳寿命短的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种简式曳引抽油机，使钢丝绳的寿命延长25％。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：机架作为抽油机的载体，在机架前面立柱的中心线向上延长线与上平台相交处安装抽油机的电机，在电机两侧曳引轮上绕上钢丝绳，钢丝绳的前端穿过前侧悬绳器上的动滑轮后再系到上平台前侧悬臂处的绳扣上，钢丝绳的后端穿过后侧的配重上的动滑轮后再系到上平台后侧的绳扣上，至此，便形成了曳引抽油机。为了增加抽油机的安全系数，将动滑轮设计成多槽，例如三槽、四槽或五槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用上述技术方案，由于删减了一副导轮，故钢丝绳在每一冲程中少经过了一道导轮，减少一次弯曲疲劳，因此，钢丝绳的寿命延长了25％。由于钢丝绳的寿命延长，不仅节省了成本，同时延长了设备的保养周期。

具体实施方式
根据图2实施例，利用型钢组焊机架11、机座12、上平台4，利用高强螺栓分别将机座12拧紧在砼基础13上，将机架11与机座12、上平台4相互连结，构成抽油机的载体，在上平台4的前侧立柱之上安装电机1，再用钢丝绳5分别将前侧动滑轮6、电机曳引轮2、配重9后侧动滑轮7串联起来，再把绳头分别系到上平台前后系绳扣14上。

1.一种简式曳引抽油机，由机架、机座、上平台、电机及曳引轮、钢丝绳、悬绳器、前侧动滑轮、后侧配重动滑轮、绳扣构成，其特征为：机架作为抽油机的载体，在上平台的前侧，也即机架前侧立柱之上安装外转子曳引电机，在电机两侧的曳引轮上，分别绕上柔性钢丝绳，钢丝绳的前端和前侧动滑轮及上平台前侧绳扣连结，钢丝绳的后端和后侧动滑轮及上平台后侧绳扣相连，由此，它们便构成曳引抽油机。
2.根据权利要求1所述简式曳引抽油机，其特征是前侧动滑轮、后侧动滑轮设计成多槽结构，如三槽、四槽或五槽。
