目前，一般的海上运输船上不具备完善的救助设备，如在航海中遇到被困或落水人员，船上的船员不能及时展开救助工作，拖延了最佳的救助时间，造成了很多的遗憾。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足，提供一种安全性能高、使用方便、救助量大的具有救助设备的船。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种具有救助设备的船，包括船体，船体上设有主甲板，主甲板上设有护栏，护栏上通过绳索连接有救助捞网，主甲板上通过绳索连接有救助篮。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：救助捞网的一端固定连接在护栏上，救助捞网的另一端通过绳索与船体上的吊机相连，护栏的外侧设有用于收放救助捞网的支架。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：救助篮的一端通过绳索与船体上的吊机相连，救助篮的外围上设有浮标，救助篮的底部设有救助网。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：救助捞网和救助篮可以帮助船上人员救助遇困的人员，而且可以一次性救助多名人员，救助捞网和救助篮结构简单，平时不用时，收放也很方便，体积小，不占地方。

如图1示出了本实用新型具有救助设备的船的一种实施方式，包括船体1，船体1上设有主甲板2，主甲板2上设有护栏3，护栏3上通过绳索连接有救助捞网4，如图2所示救助捞网4的一端固定连接在护栏3上，救助捞网4的另一端通过绳索与船体1上的吊机相连，护栏3的外侧设有支架6，主甲板2上通过绳索连接有救助篮5，如图3所示，救助篮5的一端通过绳索与船体1上的吊机相连，救助篮5的外围上设有浮标7，救助篮5的底部设有救助网8。救助捞网4在不用时，可以卷起，然后放在支架6上，不占用船上的空间，使用时，通过吊机的拉动，使得救助捞网4张开，吊机缓慢的将救助捞网4放入水中，人员进入救助捞网4中后，吊机再次拉起救助捞网4，使得人员安全上船，救助捞网4上还可以设有浮标，方便被落水的人员发现；救助篮5不使用时可以收缩后放在主甲板2上，体积小，使用时，只需撑开救助篮5，将救助篮5放入水中，等待人员进入救助篮5中，之后通过吊机将装有人员的救助篮5拉至船上。

2.根据权利要求1所述具有救助设备的船，其特征在于：所述救助捞网(4)的一端固定连接在护栏(3)上，所述救助捞网(4)的另一端通过绳索与所述船体(1)上的吊机相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述具有救助设备的船，其特征在于：所述护栏(3)的外侧设有用于收放所述救助捞网(4)的支架(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述具有救助设备的船，其特征在于：所述救助篮(5)的一端通过绳索与所述船体(1)上的吊机相连，所述救助篮(5)的外围上设有浮标(7)，所述救助篮(5)的底部设有救助网(8)。
