一种圆柱金刚石磨头，包括主体部分和磨头部分，主体部分和磨头部分一体加工成型，主体部分采用45号钢，中心为中空，主体部分的后端为螺纹连接端、中部为一体成型的螺栓头、前端与磨头部分连接，磨头部分钎焊或电镀上天然或人造金刚石等硬质材料，磨头部分覆盖主体的头部，磨头部分呈内圆柱形，磨头部分的侧面还加工有横贯主体部分的小孔。冷却液通过主体部分的中心传送给磨头部分，冷却液通过横贯主体部分的小孔以及磨头顶端的圆孔传送到磨头金刚砂磨削表面，而磨削表面产生的热量、碎屑由冷却液通过槽及小孔带走。通过上述设计，冷却液可以到达每一个磨削面，并且容易将热量和磨削的碎屑带走，从而达到很好的降温效果，延长了磨头的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机床磨削刀具，具体的说是一种磨圆柱表面的刀具。
背景技术
现有技术的磨削刀具多种多样，但是目前常用的磨削刀具大多数都是实心的，这样就带来了磨削产生的热量不能及时排走，磨削刀头容易损毁，降低了他们的使用寿命，在加工产品的过程中需要不断更换刀具，浪费时间、大大降低了生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种圆柱金刚石磨头，主要采用空心设计，解决同类实心结构产品的不易散热的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种圆柱金刚石磨头，包括主体部分和磨头部分，主体部分和磨头部分一体加工成型，主体部分采用45号钢，中心为中空，主体部分的后端为螺纹连接端、中部为一体成型的螺栓头、前端与磨头部分连接，磨头部分采用金刚砂等硬质材料，磨头部分覆盖主体的头部，磨头部分呈内圆柱形，磨头部分的侧面还加工有横贯主体部分的小孔。冷却液通过主体部分的中心传送给磨头部分，冷却液通过横贯主体部分的小孔以及磨头顶端的圆孔传送到磨头金刚砂磨削表面，而磨削表面产生的热量、碎屑由冷却液通过槽及小孔带走。
通过上述设计，冷却液可以到达每一个磨削面，并且容易将热量和磨削的碎屑带走，从而达到很好的降温效果，延长了磨头的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，本实用新型所述的圆柱金刚石磨头，包括主体部分1和磨头部分2，主体部分1和磨头部分2一体铸造成型，主体部分1采用45号钢，中心为中空3，主体部分1的后端为螺纹连接端4、中部为一体成型的螺栓头5、前端与磨头部分2连接，磨头部分2采用金刚砂等硬质材料，磨头部分2覆盖主体的头部，磨头部分3呈圆锥形，并且在磨头部分为内圆锥6，磨头部分2的侧面还加工有横贯主体部分1的小孔7。冷却液通过主体部分1中心的中空3传送给磨头部分1，冷却液通过横贯主体部分1的小孔7以及磨头顶端的圆孔传送到磨头金刚砂磨削表面，而磨削表面产生的热量、碎屑由冷却液通过槽6及小孔7带走。
通过上述设计，冷却液可以到达每一个磨削面，并且容易将热量和磨削的碎屑带走，从而达到很好的降温效果，延长了磨头的使用寿命。

1.一种圆柱金刚石磨头，包括主体部分和磨头部分，其特征在于，主体部分的中心为中空、前端与磨头部分连接，磨头部分覆盖主体的头部，磨头部分呈内圆锥形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱金刚石磨头，其特征在于，主体部分采用45号钢，磨头部分采用金刚砂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锥形磨头，其特征在于，主体部分和磨头部分一体加工成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锥形磨头，其特征在于，主体部分的后端为螺纹连接端、中部为一体成型的螺栓头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锥形磨头，其特征在于，磨头部分的侧面还加工有横贯主体部分的小孔。
