技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种日光灯,具体说一种改进的组合式节能日光灯。
背景技术
市场上现有的组合式日光灯,其灯管设置在灯管筒内,镇流器大都设置在灯管的两端,这种结构限制了安装灯管的长度空间,因此一般采用非标T5管,其比国标灯管短,这便导致用户很难在市场上采购到与之相配的灯管,从而引起灯管筒和镇流器的重复使用率低,造成重复投资和废置电子垃圾增多。而且由于使用的灯管较短,灯管的有效发光面积会变小,导致日光灯的亮度不够。由于镇流器置于灯光筒的两端,其本身占有的空间很小,使得其内的电子元件数量和电路板大小受到限制,因此其电磁兼容参数很难达标。加之,镇流器通常位于高温的灯丝部位,其工作温度较高,容易损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供在保证日光灯长度相同的情况下,增大安装灯管的长度空间的一种改进的组合式节能日光灯。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种改进的组合式节能日光灯,包括一透明灯管筒、置于该灯管筒内的灯管、与该灯管连接的镇流器和分别设置在所述灯管筒两端的灯管座,所述灯管安装在两灯管座之间,所述灯管上侧设有一反光罩,所述反光罩上侧设置有所述镇流器。
本实用新型还具有如下附属技术特征:

具体实施方式
参见图1至图2,示出本实用新型一种改进的组合式节能日光灯的一种优选方式,包括一透明灯管筒1、置于该灯管筒内的灯管2、与该灯管连接的镇流器3和分别设置在所述灯管筒两端的灯管座11,所述灯管2安装在两灯管座11之间,所述灯管2上侧设有一反光罩4,所述反光罩4上侧设置有所述镇流器3。本实用新型在保证日光灯相同长度的情况下,使得安装灯管的长度空间增加,因此可选用国标灯管,不仅增加了灯管的有效发光面积、方便了用户购买灯管,而且灯管筒和镇流器可重复使用,节约了成本、减少了电子垃圾。由于镇流器安装在灯管上侧,大大增加了其自身的安装空间,使其电磁兼容参数达到相关标准。
本实施例中,所述灯管座11是由耐火绝缘材料做成的,其两侧外部均设有两个实心的铜质灯脚12,其与外部电源连接,灯管座11内部铆接有一铜片13,此铜片用于灯脚的电路连接,并通过导线向镇流器3提供电源,镇流器3通过导线连接于灯管的铜质插座21上,接通电源后,灯管2便发光。所述反光罩4和镇流器3均设置在所述灯管筒1内,镇流器3安装在反光罩4上,可避免镇流器3在高温条件下工作,延长其使用寿命。所述反光罩4横截面呈弧形,使得灯管2发出的光线经反光罩发射后大部分透过所述透明灯管筒照射在物体上,提高日光灯的照射亮度。

1.一种改进的组合式节能日光灯,包括一透明灯管筒(1)、置于该灯管筒内的灯管(2)、与该灯管连接的镇流器(3)和分别设置在所述灯管筒两端的灯管座(11),所述灯管(2)安装在两灯管座(11)之间,其特征在于:所述灯管(2)上侧设有一反光罩(4),所述反光罩(4)上侧设置有所述镇流器(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的组合式节能日光灯,其特征在于:所述反光罩(4)和镇流器(3)均设置在所述灯管筒(1)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改进的组合式节能日光灯,其特征在于:所述反光罩(4)横截面呈弧形。
