本实用新型涉及全氟醚容器，具体为全氟醚钢瓶。
背景技术
全氟(甲基乙烯基)醚或全氟甲基乙烯基醚，简称为PMVE，英文名称为Perfluoromethylvinyl Ether，化学类别为全氟代烯醚。常温常压下为无色无嗅气体，加压后很容易液化，为低压液化气体，具有可燃性。全氟醚室温下是惰性、化学活性不高的化合物，无自聚或其他反映变质的危险。全氟醚毒性为低毒性，具有轻微腐蚀性。目前对此产品并无专用的容器进行包装储存，一般通过其他气体容器进行储存，容易造成资源浪费或安全隐患，因此急需一专用容器进行储存以确保经济性和安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对以上技术问题提供一种结构简单、成本低、易于推广使用、安全系数高的全氟醚钢瓶。
本实用新型的技术方案具体为：
全氟醚钢瓶，由上封头、下封头、筒体、护罩、瓶阀座、底座组成，上封头设置为顶部，下封头设置为底部，筒体设置在上封头、下封头之间，上封头之上设置瓶阀座，护罩设置在上封头的瓶阀座外围，底座设置在下封头底部。
上下封头和筒体材料采用电炉或转炉冶炼的镇静钢，具有良好的冲压和焊接性能。焊接在上下封头和筒体上的护罩、瓶阀座、底座应采用与瓶体材料焊接性能相适应的材料。所采用的焊接材料焊接成的焊接接头，其抗拉强度不得低于母材抗拉强度规定值的下限。
本实用新型的优点在于：
结构简单，容易制作，通过上封头、下封头、筒体、护罩、瓶阀座、底座之间的焊接即可满足储存全氟醚的要求。
安全性高，通过实验本实用新型在实际使用中无泄露、破裂、腐蚀等现象。
