清梳联开棉机在处理堵车故障时给棉帘需要反转，才能取出堵花，但现有技术中，此时多仓混棉机给棉帘子仍在正转，这样在两帘交界处就堆积了大量棉花，再次开车时又会堵塞，并损坏齿形带。

本实用新型的目的是提供郑纺机清梳联开棉机与多仓混棉机连锁控制装置，它在原有电路上进行改进，不增加成本，简单方便，有效的解决了现有技术中机器易堵塞、齿形带损坏的问题。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它是由变频器1、给棉电机2、第一交流接触器KM31、第二交流接触器KM32和第三交流接触器KM33组成，给棉电机2连接至变频器1的U、V、W端，第一交流接触器KM31、第二交流接触器KM32和第三交流接触器KM33的常开触点下端分别连接至变频器1，其上端均连接至变频器1的PCS端，第二交流接触器KM32常闭触点的上端连接至变频器1的AM端，其下端与变频器1的L端连接至多仓混棉机，变频器1的O端和L端连接至控制柜。
当第二交流接触器KM32的常开触点动作时，给棉电机2反转，同时第二交流接触器KM32的常开触点断开，切除送入多仓混棉机的模拟电压；当给棉电机2正转时，第二交流接触器KM32的常开触点不动作，其常闭触点保持闭合，多仓混棉机得以正常工作。
本实用新型在原有电路上进行改进，不增加成本，简单方便，有效的解决了现有技术中机器易堵塞、齿形带损坏的问题。
