背景技术
临床上对不能正常呼吸的危机病人，需要切开气管插入外管帮助病人呼吸。外管在被拔出气管前会尝试逐步封管，待病人情绪稳定完全适应后方可拔出。多年来临床上多采用一些简陋的方法，如用棉球、纱布卷、胶布等进行封堵，但是存在不少缺点：一是这些棉纤维制品形状不规则且遇到分泌物极易潮湿，影响堵管效果；二是棉纤维易随呼吸进入气道，造成呼吸道刺激而引发患者不适及感染；三是不能确保简洁而又牢固的固定，有封堵物坠入气道造成呼吸道梗阻的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种结构简单，使用安全方便，能逐步进行封堵的气管插管端口封堵器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该气管插管端口封堵器由套管、密封盖组成，外壁设有防滑条纹的套管内径与气管插管外径相适应，套管上端内壁同一截面上连有“十”字形限位支撑筋，套管上端面管壁上通过销轴转动连接着能将套管密封的上面边沿垂直连有手柄的密封盖。
气管插管在被拔出气管前，先将套管套在气管插管上端，使气管插管上端顶在限位支撑筋上，转动密封盖先将气管插管端口密封三分之一，过一定时间后确定患者无异常反应再逐步密封。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用安全、方便，能对插管逐步进行精确封堵，不会对呼吸道造成刺激。
