Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种车载手电筒,防止由于车辆行驶时上下颠簸时充电接触柱与充电电源易分离的缺陷。本实用新型所述的车载手电筒,包括发光部、筒身部,发光部安装在筒身部的前端,在筒身部内装有充电电池,在筒身部的后端设有充电接触柱,充电接触柱的一端与充电电源相连,另一端通过弹簧与充电电池相连。本实用新型的车载手电筒,结构简单,可较好的实现充电电池与充电电源的连续接触,同时实现了车载手电筒的稳固固定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手电筒,特别涉及一种车载手电筒。
背景技术
在现有技术中,车载充电手电筒上的接触充电柱是固定的,在其手电筒上并没有相应部件,当车遇到颠簸时,将手电筒固定在充电位置,车的颠簸可能造成手电筒和充电源分离,达不到充电的效果,也可能使手电筒脱落。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是公开一种车载手电筒,防止由于车辆行驶时上下颠簸时充电接触柱与充电电源易分离的缺陷。
本实用新型所述的车载手电筒,包括发光部、筒身部,发光部安装在筒身部的前端,在筒身部内装有充电电池,在筒身部的后端设有充电接触柱,充电接触柱的一端与充电电源相连,另一端通过弹簧与充电电池相连。
其中,车载手电筒还可以包括卡环和卡簧圈,卡环穿设在筒身部上,卡簧圈可嵌装在卡环上。
其中,发光部可以包括发光源、回光碗、电池盖和发光头部,发光源、回光碗、电池盖和发光头部自内向外套装成一体。
其中,发光源可以为LED光源。
其中,筒身部可以包括外桶身、内桶身,外桶身套装在内筒身的前部,卡环套装在内筒身的后部。
本实用新型的车载手电筒,结构简单,可较好的实现充电电池与充电电源的连续接触,同时实现了车载手电筒的稳固固定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型的一个具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本实用新型的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1-图9所示,本实用新型车载手电筒包括:发光部17和筒身部16,发光部17与筒身部16的前端相连,筒身部16内装有充电电池4,筒身部16的后端设有充电接触柱1,充电接触柱1的一端与充电电源相连,另一端通过弹簧3与充电电池4相连,弹簧3与充电接触柱1通过正极铆钉固定成一体。
发光部17包括LED光源12、回光碗13、电池盖14和发光头部15,LED光源12、回光碗13、电池盖14和发光头部15自内向外依次套装成一体,LED光源12安装在线路板11上。
筒身部16包括内部桶身9和外部桶身10,外部桶身10套装在内部桶身9的前部,内部桶身9的后部套装有卡环8,卡环8可与卡簧圈7嵌装,卡簧圈7具有弹性。
充电电池4包括电池头部5和接触点6,接触点6可与线路板11点连接。
如图9所示,本实用新型的车载手电筒还包括充电电源19和电阻18,充电电源19通过充电接触柱1和弹簧3实现对充电电池4的充电。
本实用新型的车载手电筒,在车辆行驶时,由于弹簧3的设置,即使在车辆颠簸也会保证充电电池4与充电接触柱1的良好连接,如图5-8所示;在安装车载手电筒时,将卡簧圈7固定在固定位置处,通过卡环8嵌装在卡簧圈7上,可以将车载手电筒稳固固定,防止车载手电筒掉落。
以上公开的仅为本实用新型的一个具体实施例,但是,本实用新型并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种车载手电筒,其特征在于,包括发光部、筒身部,所述发光部安装在所述筒身部的前端,在所述筒身部内装有充电电池,在所述筒身部的后端设有充电接触柱,所述充电接触柱的一端与充电电源相连,另一端通过弹簧与所述充电电池相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载手电筒,其特征在于,还包括卡环和卡簧圈,所述卡环穿设在所述筒身部上,所述卡簧圈可嵌装在所述卡环上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车载手电筒,其特征在于,所述发光部包括发光源、回光碗、电池盖和发光头部,所述发光源、回光碗、电池盖和发光头部自内向外套装成一体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车载手电筒,其特征在于,所述发光源为LED光源。
5.根据权利要求2所述的车载手电筒,其特征在于,所述筒身部包括外桶身、内桶身,所述外桶身套装在所述内筒身的前部,所述卡环套装在所述内筒身的后部。
