本实用新型涉及一种分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,主要应用于矿物绝缘电缆分支接线箱、盒,配电箱、柜及控制箱、柜内铜排的固定、绝缘及分隔,属于电气制造技术领域。
背景技术
电气箱、柜内铜排的绝缘固定目前均采用绝缘子,此类绝缘子采用预埋螺栓的结构,其加工方法是先将两端预留螺栓孔的绝缘子本体制作好后,将两只螺栓的帽端置入绝缘子本体两端的预留孔中,填充粘结剂固化而成为两端有连接螺栓的绝缘子,其螺栓的牢固性较差,使用过程中容易松动,甚至脱落,连接不可靠。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,用以替代绝缘子,它具有安装后连接紧密,连接可靠,绝缘性能好的特点。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,其特征在于:该绝缘模块设置有贯穿该模块正面和背面的固定孔,该绝缘模块还设置有贯穿该绝缘模块正面和背面的用于安装铜排的铜排安装孔,在该绝缘模块的正面还设置有用于安放铜排的铜排槽。
上述技术方案的实施使得连接不可靠的绝缘子得以被本实用新型替代。本实用新型的预留有固定孔及铜排安装孔,使用时,直接用螺栓、螺母与箱体和铜排对穿固定,同时铜排定位安装在预制的铜排槽上,如此设计箱体、铜排以及本实用新型之间连接更方便、牢固。
作为上述技术方案的优选,该绝缘模块由电工陶瓷压制烧结而成。

如图1和2所示,分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,该绝缘模块是一个整体,它身上设置有固定孔1、铜排安装孔2和铜排槽3,所述的固定孔1和铜排安装孔2均贯穿它本身。该绝缘模块由电工陶瓷压制烧结而成。所述的固定孔1有两个,并且对称设置;所述铜排安装孔2也有两个,也对称设置。固定孔1用于它本身与箱体的连接,铜排安装孔2用于它本身与铜排的连接,它身上设置的铜排槽3用于放置铜排。使用时,先将铜排和铜排槽3配合安放,然后用四个分别螺栓放置在两个固定孔1和两个铜排安装孔2中,然后再在螺栓两端旋上螺帽,旋紧即可。

1.分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,其特征在于:该绝缘模块设置有贯穿该模块正面和背面的固定孔,该绝缘模块还设置有贯穿该绝缘模块正面和背面的用于安装铜排的铜排安装孔,在该绝缘模块的正面还设置有用于安放铜排的铜排槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,其特征在于:该绝缘模块由电工陶瓷压制烧结而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分支接线箱陶瓷绝缘模块,其特征在于:所述的固定孔有两个,并且对称设置;所述铜排安装孔也有两个,也对称设置。
