现有的铜铝复合母线槽连接器,由于其结构的原因,母线槽与母线槽连接,由于母线槽的导电体与连接器的导电排搭接不平整,连接器的导电排容易松动,接触电阻大,温升超高。母线槽的连接质量低,易发热击穿,产生短路现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提出一种改进的密集型铜铝复合母线槽连接器,它有效地降低了接触电阻,减小了温升,提高了安全性能。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其特征是护板用锁紧螺栓紧固在绝缘护板上,绝缘护板与绝缘护板间是导电排,导电排用注塑模块固定在绝缘护板上,模块式固定压板在绝缘护板与绝缘护板间,母线导体在导电排与导电排间。

注塑模块固定导电排在绝缘护板与绝缘护板之间,所需连接母线导体6在导电排之间,两节母线连接时,各相序母线导体分别插入连接器预留所对应各相序的间隙,使连接器的导电排与母线导体直接接触。
