背景技术
在一些高可靠性的系统中，如电信机房、移动基站、计算机数据机房、电力变电站、机场、厂矿、铁路信号机房等，为尽可能减小因供电电源断电而造成的损失甚至可能酿成的灾害，在这些重要的用电场合，一般都具备双路电源供电，在其中一路断电的情况下，另外一路电源可以接入系统中，为系统继续供电，最大可能的减小断电时间。为实现双路电源的顺利切换，一般安装两个电源开关，在任意一个时刻，最多只有一个开关处于合闸状态。
现有技术的双路电源切换开关，存在如下问题：一是无互锁装置，如果无互锁装置，在操作人员误操作时，可能将两路开关同时合闸，如果这两路电源均供电，此时，将造成两路电源短路的严重事故，造成极大的危险和损失。二是有互锁装置，但是，互锁装置不可靠，在操作者麻痹大意的情况下，仍然存在误操作的可能。

针对上述问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种安全可靠，不会产生误操作的双路电源手动机械互锁切换开关。
为实现该技术目的，本实用新型的方案是：一种双路电源手动机械互锁切换开关，包括第一开关和第二开关，所述开关包括合分闸手柄，所述两开关平行安装，在开关的一端部上安装有一可左右移动的滑动块，在滑动块位于两开关之间的部位设置有锁定螺钉。
本方案通过采用滑动块及滑动块上的锁定螺钉，可有效解决双路开关可能同时处于合闸状态的问题；由于双路开关处于互锁状态时，通过螺钉的锁定作用，可防止人为的随意操作，防止开关误操作。

如图1所示，本实用新型的一种双路电源手动机械互锁切换开关，包括第一开关1和第二开关2，所述开关包括合分闸手柄3，其特征在于，所述两开关平行安装，在开关的一端部上安装有一可左右移动的滑动块4，在滑动块位于两开关之间的部位设置有锁定螺钉5。
如图1所示，当锁定螺钉锁定后，第二开关的操作手柄将无法向上运动，从而可保证第二开关无法合闸；而第一开关此时可分闸或合闸，以便接通或断开第一路电源。
如图2所示，为调整供电线路，必须先松开锁定螺钉5，移动滑动块至左边，此时，才可解除对第二开关的锁定，第二开关才有可能合闸。
