背景技术
热管是一种常见热传导设备,它是在管内形成真空,并加有部分导热液体,然后利用导热液体在受热时气化吸热,遇冷凝结放热的现象,实现将热量由热端向冷端的传递。但传统的热管都是一根管体里面封装导热介质,其热效率不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种具有结构简单,使用方便,可有效提高热管导热效率等优点的多腔热管。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种多腔热管,它包括一体浇注而成的热管体,在热管体内设有多个沿热管体轴向的隔壁,隔壁将热管体沿轴向分为多个空腔,在各空腔内设有导热介质,整个热管体两端封闭抽真空。
本实用新型将现有热管内部一体制成多个空腔,在每个空腔内都设有导热介质,从而有效提高了一次导热的总量,进而提高了整个热管的工作效率。
